Hi I appreciate your reply but unfortunately didn't quite work out like that...we were wondering as a business what could you do to make the situation right..as a customer service representative you should know how to ease situations and understand business needs now we ain't looking for nothing free. Just looking for you to meet us halfways at least... since we don't have money like that i just feel to throw away 400 like that especially after my dad is recovering from covid after being 2 months intubated. As a son I did get irritated when the young man tried jumping at my dad insulting him of something that wasn't true im sure yall good people but unfortunately didn't know how to handle this situtation. I am sure once the owner watches the video you have...he will fix your mistakes.
They pointed me in the right direction with a DIY project I was doing and were nice and patient with my never ending questions. I feel empowered now to try a bigger project next time. I will definitely be back.
