The installation crew did an incredible job. They were very easy to work with. I have been in contact with our representatives in the office on a regular basis keeping me informed about the plan and any paperwork that is needed. We are very happy with this investment in our property

They have not delivered the product that was promised, solar power. They finally got the panels on, but it has been three weeks and they have not delivered the documentation to my power company that is needed for the activation.In this day and age of electronic media and instant communication, why should it take three weeks? I have been assured by my agent that this has been done, but the power company has no record of me or my account. My agent won't return my phone calls and the power company says that they will not be installing the new thermostat that we were promised either. Can't recommend them at all right now. Their phone number only goes to an answering service and I can't get a real person to talk to me.

After checking other companies, We are glad we chose Direct Solar America. Their application process was surprisingly easy, quick and flawless!. The salesmen were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We are elated to finally get our solar panels and lower electric bills!!!😎
