Wednesday morning, 8:00am, knock at the door…..it’s the Freedom Forever crew known as “The Royals”. Tony was the one who explained everything to me that was going to be happening that morning! Now these guys all were young, and I must say that I wasn’t sure what to expect from them, however…… It was pretty chilly that morning, so I made them some coffee! I left it out for them in a couple of thermos’. I came out later to see if they needed anything and noticed that only one coffee cup had been used! I say this with regards to my observation, I thought that they just didn’t like my coffee!

I realized later that it wasn’t my coffee, but rather something else that hopefully others who read this can appreciate for what it is. None drank my coffee because they DIDN’T take a break! Only one guy took a sip, and went right back to work!

This crew, “The Royals” led by Tony, demonstrated an incredibly fantastic work ethic for the company that they represent! I was thoroughly impressed with not only their dedication to doing a professional job, but with their attitude and customer service! The final job looked so beautiful and not at all sloppily done! Thank you Royals! Many blessings!

Do not trust these guys. They will overcharge you for your system and then they will not back up their warranty for any issues you have.
You will have to hire an electrician after 30days to get any service.
Scammers they should be shut down

Flavio and his Yankees did a great job on my install, they were very professional and knowledgeable of everything that was going on. They walked me through everything before, during, and after the install to make sure everything was to my liking. 10 out of 10 recommend the Yankees to do your install.

We have solar installed by Freedom Forever. The sales person Daniel Best has been great.

Also very, very competent has been the tech, Grant. He has cleaned up other's errors and has been respectful and competent.

This is a horrible company. They haven’t done anything they have promised to do since coming to my house in Feb 2022. My Solar was installed in April 2022. Since then they have replaced the inverter 3 times. Replaced my fuse panel once. Of the possible 16 months that my system could produce it has only produced for 8 months. I informed them at the end of March that my unit had stopped working. I am still waiting for them to fix the system. It is August 17 today. Instead of having an automatic response (which are lies) to all of these complaints. Why won’t you stand up and do right by your customers

Excellent customer service and clean installation

Don't do it! We were approved, quoted a fair price, and were promised are Bill would decrease. The original plan changed but did not make sense because of how large our home is. Now that our bill has absolutely no change except increasing, we regret choosing this company!!! Complete fraud and a waste of 50,000. Freedom forever won't even respond, but why would they? They have already been paid.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. They installed our panels backwards then had to have some one come and fix it three times. They never turned our inverters on, and after calling multiple times to have someone come out, our ticket was closed with no reason. They do not care if the product is on and running once you sign the agreement. I would recommend going with another company.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Has been one of the worst contracting experiences I’ve ever had. Would not recommend this company if you’re looking to get solar panels. We’re 4 months past the goal date and no working panels, as well as no response from customer service and nobody willing to take ownership as my point of contact. Lots of better company’s out there. They still owe me about 15 thousand dollars of repairs and appear to be trying to avoid talking to me till I go away. Will be seeking legal help so please listen to my story and go elsewhere when looking for solar.

Jason and Armando (the white sox team) were awesome!! They were on time, professional and friendly. And according to my husband did one of the very best electrical jobs he's ever seen. And he's picky and expects quality. Great job guys! Highly recommend..

DO NOT use this company. The product is lack luster- you’re better off going literally anywhere else. If you use them they will blow up your phone- even if you opt out they will start contacting you using different names. The latest for me was Heraclio. It doesn’t stop there- they physically come to your house unannounced, and often. And then I had a tech texting me from his cell number because I opted out in their system.

The Royals team installed my solar panels. Tony and the whole crew were friendly, highly professional and did a beautiful installation. They showed me their work and answered all my questions. So glad I got the royal treatment!

If I had a Time Machine, I would go back and definitely NOT use this company. I work with Brandon Ewell who promised that he would be there through the whole process and respond to anything and stay on top of things. We started in July and we are now into November with the panels installed but have had our inspection failed multiple times and can’t get him to respond back. Already had to start paying on the loan and can’t get him to reply back to text messages or to phone calls. I have seen other complaints about this company as well over the last few months. Do not work with Brandon if he stops by not this company. I wish you could rate lower.

Shout out to Roshaun Johnson, my sales rep and the entire Freedom team! Gio and his crew the A’s came out for the install; everything went smoothly, and they did a nice clean job! Very happy with our solar experience so far!

The Yankees Team was super professional and respectful. I was VERY impressed to see such a professional group of young men!!! I felt they went above and beyond, for sure ♥️ They walked me through what would be happening. I loved that they taped off around the outside of my home for safety AND that the guys on the roof were harnessed in!!!
I would HIGHLy recommend the Yankees Team!!!!! I also appreciated the thorough walk through of how to turn on my solar

I had my system installed by the A’s crew they were very professional and communicative. They explained the whole process of the install before starting and once again after they were done. I was also explained what steps were needed after the install. Overall great experience with the crew Freedom sent. The A’s did a great clean, and fast job!!!

No idea how this company has 4 star avg. litterally 0 customer communication. The install team measured 0 times before cutting into the roof so their are about 6 random metal sheets spread around my roof for where they meant to put panels but decided not to? These will cut about 15 years off my roof life because the nails will rust

We bought a house that already had freedom solar panels installed on the home. For the first 6 months it was working great no electric bill. Then around month 7 something started messing up and the solar output started dropping. We called them and scheduled someone to come look at see what was going on. It took a month to get an appointment and when the appointment by that time our solar output had completely dropped. When it came time for the tech to come out he had an emergency and couldn’t come back till 10 days later. When he did come out he said that the meter from APS was locked so he couldn’t do anything. He said they would call APS to schedule someone to come unlock the meter and hopefully it would be fixed same day. They never called APS I had to and when I scheduled APS to come out then I called freedom forever to schedule them to come out and they didn’t call or show up. My current APS bill is over $900 and my solar panels are off ! So if you ask me solar is worth it but maybe go with a company that values its current customers and they experience.

After ignoring the “No Solicitation” sign RIGHT ABOVE the doorbell, Mr. Travis H. proceeded to not only ring the doorbell twice but banged on the storm door twice like he was the dang cops. I work nights so I was asleep and promptly answered the door not knowing what was going on. He explained he wasn’t a salesman but was following up on a recent request for solar and even had my first and last name which was strange to hear in my half awake mindset. I told him that was completely not true and after sending him on his way I called Freedom Forever to see if there was an actual request in their system. Turns out they could not find my name, phone number OR address in their system at all. If I was to go solar, it won’t be from these guys due to their predatory practices of going door to door soliciting people and then lying about it to my face. Not cool guys.

Travis and now Raymond came back an hour later stating that they were installing solar down the street and said I may hear some noise. Okay? I told Travis that he was just here and I told him no. He mentioned that they sent out a mailer which again is completely untrue. They continued their sales pitch to which I told them I’m not interested and to have a nice day. Unreal.

DISHONEST, DID NOT DELIVER, PRODUCT BROKE!

I have a freedom forever solar system on my house. This started with a 3rd party sales men for them committing fraud. The company stepped in and assured me that he was 3rd party, and offered services and steep discount, likely to avoid legal trouble.

My system promptly broke 3-4 months into install, and it took 3 months for them to come replace the system for what they called "supply chain issues."

Then I noticed that they did not install the animal and bird netting, I called to get this correct, no response.

Then, I called to get a final invoice for tax purposes. It took 10 weeks and 5-10 calls and emails to receive.

Then I found out they lied to me about the tax credit situation. Purchasers of solar can't use the entire credit in 1 year according to my CPA.

Tread lightly with this company. It has been an awful experience and I hope you learn from my experience.

Geo and team did an excellent job with install today. They were polite, efficient and got the job done in one day. Geo took time and educated us on the equipment. I'm very appreciative of their professionalism.
