Water Damage Restoration reviews in Phoenix, Arizona

At the end of March 2016, we had a plumbing leaking our house, which flooded a majority of our downstairs living area. After turning off the water, we immediately called our insurance co., who in turn contacted SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix. We received a call from Andrew at SERVPRO within minutes and he had someone at our house within the hour. Their project manager was Juan M., who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, took time to explain the process in detail and was empathetic to our situation. He and his crew pulled up flooring, baseboards and cut out wet drywall within 2 days, with the drying process taking 4-5 days. Juan and his crew helped in easing a stressful moment in our lives. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix.

ServPro is the absolute best! They are friendly, very responsive and did an excellent job in a short amount of time. Paul was great to deal with and kept us updated every step of the way! Would recommend to anyone.

Just finished the mitigation process with my water damage issue. The technicians Chris, Aldo and Edward were amazingly fantastic. I woke up to my problem early in the morning and called my insurance. They got the claim to Servpro with in minutes and Carrie from Servpro called me to get some details on what would be need we to start the clean up process. With in an hr Chris and Aldo showed up. I was in a state of confusion and lost as to what was going on. I felt like my livelihood was falling out from underneath me and didn’t know what I was gonna do with myself or my animals while all this was going on. Chris and Aldo reassured me everything would be fine and explained what they were doing. If I had questions they answered them. They understood the stress I was going through as a home owner going through something like this. In the days that followed Chris or Edward would come by daily and monitor the dry out and kept me very informed what was going on. Carrie works in the office and was amazing communicating with me daily with scheduling and making sure I was doing okay. They all really made me feel great on this process. I. Any day enough about them all. They really know how to help a person on a bad day. Now for the restoration process tbd.

Highly recommend!! Extremely professional and on time. I had a water leak in my home and Servpro of NW Phoenix was out to my home before too much damage was done. They quickly extracted all of the water. The team was very polite, efficient and hard working.

Started out great with the mitigation part, which is why we chose to use them for rebuilding. Sent young kids that have no skills to do the work, things were halfway done or not done at all. They were always in a hurry stating they needed to be somewhere else because they were so busy and understaffed. Half the baseboards were not painted and then when they did paint them they did a messy job and got it on the wall. Same with painting the walls, messy job, dripped paint or missed entire sections, hot the ceiling etc. Cabinets shelves put in crooked or much lower than the rest of the shelving. The entire process took 5 months, ridiculous. Office girls (most of them) were pleasant and kept in contact with next steps for the most part. Went back and forth many times with invoicing because they could not get it right.

Hopefully I can do ServPro justice, we could not have a better experience under horrible circumstances. My mothers house flooded, (she is 90) no one wanted to take the job of remodeling because of the age of the house. (and the surprises that might go along with). Dustin and his ServPro crews came in and took over. They gave us a bid, they started and finished within the time frame we were given. Dustin kept us informed of the progress. We were able to meet him or call him to come to the worksite. Decisions had to be made and Dustin laid out our options. Could not have asked for a better man to work with! The workers were friendly and informative every step of the way. True professionals. Thanks from my mother and the family!

These guys made a terrible situation much better by their efficiency and professionalism. They came out to my house quickly, and began mitigation efforts to dry out the huge amount of water damage. I was very impressed with their attention to detail, the way they set up multiple barriers to isolate the problem, the continuous communication, and their commitment to excellence. We came home from a long weekend out of town to find that the water heater had leaked into the bedrooms, laundry room and hallway that backed the garage. We quickly called our insurance company to report the issue and they gave us a few companies to call for the water damage. SERVPRO was not on their list, but we had used them in the past and had great results. So we called SERVPRO and quickly got a call back from them. They came out right away to access the damage and start the recovery. Paul and Dustin were great and always kept us in the loop with the progression of the removal of baseboards/wallboard, drying of the walls, etc. Everyone was polite and worked cleanly. The staff at the office was very helpful, polite and really seemed to care. They truly made a not so good situation less stressful for us. We appreciate everything they did.

My house flooded and they were amazing. Paxton was super friendly and extremely helpful with the entire process. 10/10 would recommend!

The crew who dealt with the original clean up failed to take measurements or pictures that could help in the restoration making the job for the sub contractors almost impossible. We've been waiting over 4 months for the "like it never even happened" to kick in. We are constantly being promised deadlines that are never met. We have had to step in to find contractors ourselves since they are incapable of finding anyone. The supervisor Paul, is completely in adequate and constantly makes promises he can't keep. I would stay far away from this company, they make a good sales pitch but do not deliver anywhere close to what they promise.

Technician Steven Anderson was very thorough in the work he preformed and was professional. Overall my Servpro experience was great and they solved my mold problem. Would recommend

After experiencing damage throughout my house and garage from a burst pipe, ServPro's production manager, Dustin, immediately put me at ease and went to work. He, Christina, and the rest of his team were readily available and communicated with me throughout the project, which is a rare occurrence these days. Dustin went over and above my expectations with the quality of work performed and the extra caring touches afforded in that work. Victor at SERVPRO was awesome—he showed up fast, was super helpful, and really made the whole process easy and stress-free. His friendly attitude and quick work took a lot of the stress out of a tough situation. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

Unfortunately, we do not have a good experience to report with SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix. We have a very small area of mold on the drywall near a window that was leaking and has now been replaced. We called SERVPRO on Friday, April 19th to schedule remediation, and were told they don’t schedule appointments more than one day in advance, and they were booked on Monday. So they said they’d call us Monday to book a Tuesday appointment. No call came on Monday, so we called them on Tuesday. The Wednesday appointments were booked but we finally were booked for Thursday between 1-3 PM. We hurried through a morning commitment on Thursday to make sure we were home; we arrived home at 11:30 AM and our front door was open, and my husband was out in front doing yard work all afternoon. No one showed up, so at 3:15 PM we called SERVPRO again. The woman who answered said that a tech had come to our address at 1:20 PM. What? We were home, our front door was open, and my husband was working out front. We are not in a gated community and our house is not difficult to find. There is no way anyone came to our house, and we were home well before the appointed window. Very frustrating! We have wasted an entire week waiting on this company—and by the way, this bungled appointment was just for an estimate of the repair cost, not the actual repair. The estimate alone costs $175, and we would have been fine paying that if this company had been more responsive and had showed up when they were supposed to. We have moved on to Global Prevention Services in Scottsdale, and so far it has been a great experience with them. I cannot recommend SERVPRO to anyone.
