Servpro restored our restroom after being demoed from a leak. We were so excited to be working with them we were told to pick a wall color if we want to change it and we could have a niche installed. We did fail to realize they put on the contract the existing wall color instead as well as no niche was installed. Easily overlooking that what disappointed me most was the paint job being patchy along with my walls being originally glossy and the contractor painted the area they restored satin so now I’m having to repaint the restroom to match it. I am also very disappointed with how they applied the baseboard along with again the paint job. I was told to purchase several parts which I did but upon the contractors coming multiple times I received a call before arrival stating they were going to purchase the EXACT PART I CAME OUT OF POCKET FOR. When informed each time I was told to buy the part they advised me they’d go ahead and use the one we bought so then of course that makes me question since I had to come out of pocket after insurance paid where did the money for those parts the contractors were going to purchase go? One of the tiles installed in the shower also has a chip in it which I understand things happen but quality speaks measures. As much as I wanted to love the company and their work as I notice more and more things wrong it’s just a let down and disappointing

The initial response was good. Damaged/wet drywall & insulation removed after plastic walls were erected. Blowers & dehumidifiers ran for 3 days to remove moisture. Then we waited weeks for your repair people and office to effect repair. Numerous phone calls to your office gave us the run around for weeks when our insurance company stated they gave you everything needed to effect repairs. After 6 weeks of playing games with your company we cared for the repairs, Would not recommend.

We had a pipe bust in the middle of the night and flooded a couple rooms in the house. Called Servpro at 3am. Within 90 minutes Brandon and Cece arrived and cleaned up all the standing water and started the drying process. We were pleased with their friendly attitude and how well they explained the overall process ahead of us.

Our roof leaked causing water damage to walls, ceilings and baseboards. Servpro provided excellent service dealing with mold and removing all the damage. They also did a full reconstruction on the damage areas. Very professional with great attention to detail

The team was thoughtful enough to move around display cases with caution, and even made sure no dust or moisture got near my more rare plushes. I really appreciated the attention to detail—both in cleaning and in respecting my home and belongings. Again, the Beanie Babies are not for sale.

Also, while it’s not the most important detail, it’s worth noting that the crew brings a certain charisma with them that you don’t usually expect during home restoration visits. Let’s just say, Voda’s team is as polished as their work.

I highly recommend Voda cleaning. We thought we needed new carpet, after Tucker and Elijah cleaned our carpet it looks like new carpet. They also educated us on the amount of dog hair that was in our carpet. Excellent customer service, very professional and extremely courteous and no hidden fees.
