Our experience with Good Times Plumbing and Restoration was remarkable. A water line broke in our 2nd level laundry room, causing signicant water damage upstairs and downstairs. And of course, this all happened on a Sunday afternoon. After shutting off the water main, I contacted Good Times (Hunter) who dispatched a plumber (Cody S). Cody identified the source and fixed the broken line, getting our water back on. Shortly thereafter, Hunter arrived to begin damage assessment, including taking readings throughout the affected areas. A couple of days later, their team arrived to begin the demolition and dry-out work. As the process unfolded, it became crystal clear that they had done this kind of work before and knew what they were doing. When we witnessed the water streaming from our laundry room into other parts of the house, we were devastated. However, once Hunter began his assessment and explained the process ahead of us, our anxiety turned to calm. EVERYONE that we met from Good Times was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and just made for a totally positive experience. Thanks to Hunter, Cody S., Michael, Seth, Devin, Garrett and Jared. I recently had an issue with a suspicious moldy smell in my house, and I decided to reach out to Ruben with Good Times Restorations for help. From the moment I called him, I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor.

Our experience with Good Times Restoration was phenomenal! Our home had extensive water damage due to multiple roof leaks and years of weathering. The guys at good times restoration are top notch. From the very first step I felt they were very honest and knowledgeable. Ruben was very informative on the matter and put my mind at ease. He went through causes and preventative measures as well to help with this not happening in the future. I definitely recommend this company. Had one good experience with them and one bad. The first time was a pretty average experience with good pricing.

The second time they came out the price for the same service doubled in the matter of 5 months.

They said it was because of new software that they are using. I am a small business owner myself, and I can confidently say that new software pricing does not justify doubling of prices.

The leak that they supposedly fixed happened again one week after the plumber came out, I understand that these things are unpredictable; but I find it strange that I’m having the same issue in such a short amount of time.

Also they tried to sell me on things that didn’t even make sense when I had already told them we were on a tight budget. They just said I should have the toilet completely reinstalled even though it’s on the other side of the house from the leak we are having. Even the plumber said it didn’t make sense but we should just get it done just in case.

Trenton was very helpful and Azriel did excellent work! We had a newborn at home and having no water whatsoever in the house was not going to work. Azriel took care of our leak so we could get the water back on asap.

Installers were great. The communication between the Home Depot store and provider of their Home Depot card is horrendous .

We had backsplash installed. Very happy with the installation! Alejoo (spelling?) was on time, kept working through the day and did a great job. There was initially some confusion as far as what parts needed to be tiled (I think that was a mistake on the part of the estimator) but he took it in stride and completed exactly what we wanted. And I have to give kudos to home Depot because they contacted the installers and okayed the work without charging us additional.

Installed vinyl plank flooring

Needed a door with window in a dark utility room. HD provided the professional experience we needed to purchase and have it installed professionally. Only downside was the length of time (3 months) to get it and have the install done. Price was much better than Anderson and the product is great.

Installers communicated well, were on time, worked rapidly, and cleaned up well. Good quality job!
