More Bad advice from Home Depot... Bought a New Kitchen Faucet there earlier in the week for my Daughters house. She picked it out and I sent it home with her that day. Went install the faucet on Saturday. Noticed that we needed some adapters for the water line connections. Went to Home Depot and found that there are a 3/8" and a 7/16" supply line connections on some of the isol vales sold there and both sizes of hoses. Found a Lady working in the plumbing dept. showed one of the boxed up faucets that was still in the box and explained what I wanted to check to see what size the connection sizes are to get the adapters. I asked her if she could open the box so I could check the faucet. She would not open the box and immediately said, "They were 1/2". I said, "This faucet comes with supply hoses already attached, they are not 1/2 inch brass fittings on copper tubes, like the old faucets used to be". I was not sure if they were the 3/8" or the 7/16", I had never heard of the 7/16". I asked again if we could open the box so I could check. She said "They are 1/2 inch, all the faucets are1/2 inch". I said that is how the old faucets were, these new ones have hoses already attached". I was tired of going back and forth with this lady by then. She obviously did not know what they were selling. She had an attitude when I told her they were not 1/2" and insisted I was wrong, and she would not open the F-ing box so we both could see what size connections the faucet had.
I bought some adapters, I went back to my daughters house. AND GUESS WHAT They were 3/8" not 1/2" like the Home Depot Lady INSISTED.... MORE BAD ADVICE FROM A HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE. I should have just went to LOWE'S. I never get a hassle at Lowe's. -
if you want to pay 69 so the price is 39 just go to homedepot

We went in to purchase a dishwasher on 11/23/24, and the older lady was checking out another couple. After 10 minutes of waiting, she said it was going to be a few minutes. We waited an additional at least 30 minutes if not more, for her to finish with those customers. I am not sure if she knew them she sure was chatting it up about random things and not all about the sale. She saw us waiting and continued to walk over to another department and still talking with them. I could hear the conversation, which was not about the sale. She looks over at us again and continues to talk. Just plain rude. Apparently, she was the only one who could check us out according to another employee. So many employees around but no one could help us. We ended up going to another location.

I ordered my flooring through home depot with a delivery date of Dec 2nd, we prepped the location and Dec 2nd came and went with no explanation. I called in and was promised a follow up call that never happened, until Dec 17th. Telling me the lost my carpet in transit. Pushing the project back to the 5th of Jan. I had to push back the other two contractors we had planned due to this. Only reason for 2 stars was the installer was awesome.

The Home Depot carpet installers did a fantastic job. They were on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Carpet looks great. No gaps, no loose edges.
I would definitely use HD again for a similar job. -
The technician installed a water heater and was quick and efficient about it. I was his last call and he looked tired, but he was very professional the whole time he was here. He had to take out the old water heater and install the new. Lots of moving parts. No problem with the new unit. Took about 1 1/2 hrs. What I did not like was I found out after I purchased the unit at Home Depot that I should have gotten the sale price. I was charged the full price. Full disclosure, I didn’t realize there was a sale as there was nothing on/near the unit when I was looking at it nor did the sales person mention this as well. I found out a day after the sale ended and only because something else happened. After some discussion, I was refunded the difference. So it was squared but still left a bad taste in my mouth.

The carpet is beautiful and exactly what I ordered. The installers were great! Came right in and worked simultaneously on all three rooms. They were done in three and half hours. Alex and Alex Jr were both so nice and informative. They do great work

Cannot say enough good things about Next Phase and the excellent work they do. You can tell there's decades of knowledge there. Matt knows his stuff and is so good at problem solving all of our electrical problems.
Adding in can lights, moving/fixing switches, adding lights and features, bringing electrical stuff up to code, Etc! -
