We’ve been using AZ Pool Care Pros since early 2017, and our experience with them has been nothing short of excellent. Troy, the owner, is always wonderful with communication, and payments are quick and easy to handle.
Our technician, Matt, has been especially great—he’s personable, friendly, and consistently punctual. Anytime there’s an issue, he figures out a solution right away. We also really appreciate that if there’s ever a potential costly repair, they always explore all possible solutions first and clearly explain what’s necessary now versus what can wait. They never push unnecessary fixes, which shows they truly care about their customers, not just the bottom line.

One thing we value deeply is how thoughtful Matt is when it comes to safety. We have a pool net for our toddler, and if he ever can’t make it on our regular service day, he always lets us know so we can be sure to re-secure the net ourselves.

Their communication is consistently on point, and their service is reliable, honest, and professional. Highly recommend!

My pool looks beautiful year round. This company really knows what they are doing, give great attention to detail, and communicate very well. I can count on them every week to show up and take care of the pool. My tech, Jordan, is the best. He always lets me know when he is heading over, always locks up the gates, keep things organized and clean, and will always let me know if there are issues or things that need attention. If you need a good pool company, this is the one to choose. So glad I found them and have no plan to ever change.

Troy and Matt are awesome. They are very responsive, always show up when expected, and always give an ETA notice so I can make sure the dogs are put inside.

Troy gives me weekly maintenance and takes great care of my pool. His partner Matt installed a new pool pump, heat pump and automation system. He seamlessly linked them to work with my existing gas heater, and even came back to do some tweaks to make sure it is tip top.Now I can keep my pool warm for my year round swim lessons at a more reasonable heating price.

The team that came to clean were super friendly and courteous, showed up on time, and worked tirelessly the entire 6 hours or so that they were here. They did an outstanding and impeccable job.
