Had our turf professionally cleaned today! Wow they did an amazing job! The before is 1 years worth of debri! After is today! The odor is gone! And we have 3 dogs!! Thank you Anthony with Dino Turf!!!

We started using Anthony and Dino Turf Cleaning in June of 2023. Today, Kade, Dino Turf Cleaning's newest technician, came out to clean our 5 year old turf. Just like Anthony did the first time, he made our turf look new again while eliminating all the dog odors.

Dino Turf did an amazing job on my smelly artificial turf! Their tech, Lane, worked hard on my turf for almost 2 hours and was able to get the smell of dog urine out with their natural solution that’s not toxic to children or pets. I was amazed at how great the turf looked when they were done and I would definitely recommend Dino Turf to anyone who wants to eliminate dog urine smell from their turf or just get their artificial turf cleaned and looking greener and prettier!

Here’s the deal…I have two big dogs and spent time every single week for the last 6 years trying to keep my turf from the never ending stank. I’ve tried every product and nothing lasted. I decided to try Dino Turf and I’m just sorry that I did not do it sooner. We had a service in early June and I was finally able to enjoy my pool through the summer without the dreaded stank. Reasonable in price, professional and friendly, easy to communicate with (texting for busy professionals has been a life saver), and respectful of our home. Would recommend over and over!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The quote provided was very competitive. Tech arrived on time and did an amazing job. My lawn smells so fresh. I can finally sit outside without the urine smell. Definitely will use again and again.

Got initial treatment done in June 2025, but then it rained and I could still smell the urine. Lane came back out to retreat in August and it just rained again and is smelling again in November. I don’t think the $500 price tag is worth still smelling dog pee just after 3 months time with Premium and Dino Odor Extinction Treatment. The turf did look and smell good right after though. That’s about it.

Wow. Our turf is 11 years old and has been subject to 3 different dogs. Dino Turf came out and made it look and smell fantastic! I wish I had known this service existed earlier, what an improvement.

We had our turf serviced yesterday by Dino Turf Cleaning for their Odor Extinction service because of the strong urine smell from our two dogs. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Before the appointment, we got updates on what to expect and reminders to have things ready like dog poop picked-up.

Our appointment window was 9–11, and Lane texted ahead and arrived right at 9. He was friendly, professional, and patient with all my questions. I had concerns since another company we tried only made the turf smell good for a day before the odor returned. Lane explained in detail how their process actually kills the bacteria causing the odor instead of just covering it up.

The results were fantastic. The turf looks beautiful, feels soft under bare feet, and smells fresh. For the first time, I actually felt comfortable lying on it with my dog. There is a slight medicinal smell, but it’s mild and so much better than the urine odor. Before Dino Turf, we were using Simple Green turf deodorizer every other week, but the smell always came back quickly. With Dino Turf, I don’t know yet how long the freshness will last, but I like that they offer a 30-day odor guarantee. When I asked about the rain the next day, they assured me that if the urine smell comes back, they’ll re-spray at no charge.

Lane’s customer service was excellent, and the company was great to work with through text, email, and phone. We’ve already signed up for quarterly service to keep things fresh year-round. I highly recommend Dino's if you’re dealing with pet odors on your turf!

Dino Turf Co. did an excellent job on our backyard. With two dogs and trees leaving debris all over, we just couldn’t keep up with cleaning. The company was quick to respond to our quote request, they gave competitive pricing and we like how they laid out their 10 step process up front. The tech was on time and very friendly. He measured the exact square footage and stuck to the quoted price range. He was thorough and our yard smells so fresh now. I would recommend their service and will use them again in the future!
