These guys are awesome!! I found Quality King after my last company bailed on me, and left my pool looking awful. These guys came in, drained the pool, pressure washed it, filled it up….it has never looked so good. They have been maintaining it for over a year, never missed a service. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this crew. They are honest and very reasonable. Our pool sat with water in it for about a year, and to say that it was gross is an understatement. We had a broken umbrella pole that we had not been able to remove for a few years that they removed for us. I had questions along the way and they were great to explain things and were honest about a situation that arose, resulting in nixing the planned acid wash.We had a pump installed and jandy replacement as well as some plumbing work. They spent a couple of days draining and cleaning. We will also be using them for our weekly service, and I expect it will be just as good as the service we have had so far. Give Angel a call if you need service at a reasonable price.

Angel and his team have been taking care of our large pool for about a year now and I have nothing but great things to say. I rarely have an issue but if I ever do he is quick to respond and take care of whatever it may be. Highly recommend Quality King Pool Service!!!

We started using Quality King Pools in April this year after they took over our previous company. They started out doing a decent job, but quality started slipping week by week. The weekly report they send is near useless. It includes pictures after making a lot of waves, and you can't see the interior floor. There are no pictures of clean skimmer baskets or pool vac bags. They do not state the name of the pool man, so you don't know who has access to your property. The ph of our pool was 7.9 after several visits requiring me to buy and add muriatic acid. Calls to discuss problems with the owner, usually resulted in him saying, "the pictures look good". On one occasion the poolman left the pool dirty and bags full of debris.
We've had this pool serviced by five companies over 22 years, and this firm does not distinguish itself as one of the better ones. I think maybe our Tempe location was not in their preferred area. Just be careful as you get a marginal report with little followup and unknown service technicians.

Quality King does excellent work! Angel and his crew take care of their customers and give back to the community. I never have to worry that they’re doing exactly what is needed each week with our pool like I have with other companies. Highly recommend! 🦈
