Very prompt and work was excellent. I had a waterfall / grotto feature that was completely falling apart. Work was completed within a week and the new waterfall looks great. I was worried about blending in something new with something old, but the new waterfall looks like it's been there since we built our pool. Definitely would recommend.

We are extremely pleased with the experience we had. They worked with us closely explaining how things typically are done in the Southwest (we are new to area) and at the same time listened to our ideas. Work was done timely and professionally. We had pavers installed, Arizona rock, Cacti and a waterfall feature. It looks fantastic. Definitely will use them again!

They did great work for us on multiple occasions to include extending our concrete foundation for a larger porch, grass and edge curbing, a fire pit, and planted trees. We loved the work, they were on time and professional, and they were competitive on pricing. We will definitely keep using them for future plans.

Poor business practice. Newly installed landscaping. No communication from Nick, I’ve reached out to him many times no response from him. I gave up trying to get him to respond. A sprinkler head is not working, I asked him to either replace it or repair it. Also, his crew planted two plants to high above ground the roots were exposed and floppy . I told him the plants are going to die, they did, but not within the 1 month plant replacement policy. He should have replaced the plants.

We've used Nick and his team for two relatively large projects involving a koi pond, waterfall and stream, entryway expansion, and pvc sprinkler system. Each time they were professional, reliable, and an overall great crew.

In the more recent project, Nick discovered an alarming situation involving queen palm roots growing inside the walls of my living room and damaging my home's stucco. Although some damage had already been done, his expertise and experience likely saved me thousands of dollars. That type of experience is what makes Rustic so unique.

We have had Rustic Creek Landscaping update our landscaping at two homes. Both included the addition of pavers, berms and plants and trees. The work was done quickly and ended up with a very nice look. Nick does a very nice job of picking just the right plants and upgrading the existing plants and trees. I highly recommend using them.
