I hired Paragon Service Pros for their air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I’m giving this experience two stars for several reasons.
1. Nearly all vent cover screw heads are now stripped.
-Philips head used was too large and did not properly sit in the screw (photo attached)
2. Service tech had to be shown vent covers that were not properly installed
- screws were 1/4” or more out from being fully secured
3. Dryer vent hose was severely kinked.
- I was not initially informed of this until I began my walkthrough. Tech was aware and did replace but only after it was pointed out.
4. Lack of cleanup
-dust and debris left on shelving, flooring, and bedding. There was an attempt to clean up, just not very thorough

Devon was very thorough and thoughtful in his suggestions. We did install the surge protector on the furnace as per his suggestion. Appreciate the complete inspection of our HVAC system.

I don’t remember the technicians names. They were polite and professional. Got the work done in a very reasonable time and for the most of it we couldn’t even tell that they were at our home. Thanks again for a great job!

I've been using Michael as my go to HVAC person for a few years now. We have multiple rental units in Scottsdale. I like the way Michael methodically evaluates the problem. He makes no assumptions. He has a trusted and true process by which he analyses the whole system, and from my experience working with him, he's been correct in his diagnosis every time. You can't say that about many AC contractors that are out there. I trust Michael's judgment because there were times he could have taken advantage of me and didn't. I also appreciate that he doesn't try to upsell me on a new AC unit when one isn't necessary. I'm certain I've saved money using Michael, because he's certain about what he is doing. You can have confidence when hiring Michael that the job will get done right the first time.
