Devon was fabulous! He was prompt, explained the issues (with pictures) and laid out our options. We could tell he really cared about getting our AC up and running quickly and doing a great job for us. I would highly recommend Paragon AC service and Devon!

Paragon was amazing! Our first hottest day in AZ record our A/C unit started to blow hot air at 9 pm. Temperature in the house started to go up pretty fast, I got online and scheduled an apt for the morning within seconds I received a phone call offering for a technician to come out that night, being stressed about any cost of fixing a A/C unit is already stressful enough. It was nice to know it was no additional charge. Our technician Devan was here 3 hours later and he was amazing was able to find the promblem right away replaced the part and within 45min we had cold air. I appreciate the 24 hour service Paragon has, they are all very kind and will definitely be calling them for any future repairs or replacement. Thank you.

Paragon was amazing, they sent someone out day of. Keola did a great job explains what was going on with our unit. He explained the process in ways I can understand, and answered all my questions. He was highly recommended from my parents and my sister.

Paragon answered my call and Keola, the technician, was here within the hour. He inspected our system and found that although it is old and probably getting near time to replace he recommended a less costly fix which will hopefully extend the air compressors life a little longer. We really appreciate the job he did. Very professional.

I highly recommend this company! Only company that would come out late at night and actually had someone answer their phone. I was desperate to get service out for my 81-year-old mother whose air-conditioning went out on the hottest day. Of the year. Brandon was superb, professional, and very courteous. Very knowledgeable and fix the problem right away, which prevented my mom my mom back from having any potential heat related illnesses. I will definitely be using them again

The team was very flexible and worked efficiently to get our new system installed and running as quickly as possible. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

They came to my house at 630 PM after the home warranty company failed me 3 days in a row. They offered me a new condenser unit $4k less than 2 other technicians quoted me (including the tech from the home warranty company) chose to do it that night, by 11 am the next day the job was done… AMAZING

Today our air suddenly stopped working we contacted Paragon Services they were here within 30 minutes. Being such a hot day, it was a good feeling, knowing that we were gonna be taken care of promptly. Thank you to Keola our tech Who always make sure he explains what’s going on. He’s definitely an asset to the company.

Keola is AWESOME!! Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He came out the same day we called and unfortunately found we need a new a/c. But we are trusting him.

Brandon was great! Very helpful in explaining things. The only downside was disappointment in finding my model did not include specific parts my unit needed. That was costly to me. Other than that, everything was excellent! Will be using them for my AC and heating needs.

***Response to Chad- Thanks for giving me the opportunity to think about shelling out $11,500- I don't know many people that would immediately go with that amount of a quote. Of course you were willing to credit me the $845 charged- the starting parts your tech put in that took 5 minutes maybe, maybe cost $150- Don't tell me they are better or any different than what other companies are using. What is disappointing is the fact we do not need a new unit- what if we wouldn't have gotten a 2nd opinion- Our unit was fixed correctly with the company we used- Thanks for your concern that it was not.....

Fast response from this neighborhood company but in researching with other local companies we found we were charged twice as much as should have been and were told after the parts were put in that this was only a temporary fix and that we needed an entire new AC. After several second opinions we had another company complete the service required for only $400- Paragon told us we needed a brand new 2 ton AC for $11,500. Make sure to always do your due diligence when dealing with AC companies!

Keola did a solid job checking out our HVAC system. He came very quickly, was professional and explained everything to us that he was doing and how things work. We will definitely use Paragon again in the future.

Keola was here for our annual tune up. He was kind and knowledgeable in all our heating/aC units. He also let us know of what potential problems we could run into in the future just to be aware of the age of our components

Booked an appt and they called me within 5 minutes saying they could come out sooner. Easy fix and reasonable price. Brandon was so friendly and quick. Highly recommend!

Been a paragon customer for a few years now and they are great! Keola has been our technician a couple of times and he is just really nice and helpful at the time of explaining things.

My AC was making a very loud noise. With so many companies to choose from I ended up texting a couple friends and they both recommended Paragon. I’m glad I took their advice. I called Paragon and Kayla at the office was very friendly. She had a tech at our house within 30 minutes. Devan was the technician who came out was very prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions. He fixed the issue in no time. Devan was very professional and provided great quality of work at a reasonable price. Way less than what I anticipated. I highly recommend this company.

Keola with Paragon was awesome. He was very punctual, informative, friendly and took the time to explain the service he was providing today and future recommendations to keep our units running smoothly.

Nichole answered my call at 5:30 pm and was able to get a technician out to my home within an hour. Nichole was courteous, polite, and fast. Devan was the technician and arrived within 45 minutes. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. which was sludge in my condensation drain. Devan was also very polite and explained everything he was doing. He was just great to work with. Both Nichole and Devan are definitely assets to this company. I liked them so much that I purchased the twice a year maintenance plan, which will waive any future service call charges, and give me a 25% discount. About an hour after Devan arrived, my air was back up and running. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

If I could give more stars I would! What a wonderful experience. From scheduling to having the tech here, I waited less than an hour, which is amazing! My tech today was Keola and he was so friendly and efficient, I am glad he was able to repair my ac right on the spot. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. Thank you so much for providing reasonable prices and efficient service.
