CFR was very helpful with our hail damaged properties. They replaced package units as well as split systems. They have been able to diagnose and repair problem units for us. We have used them for aproximately 5 years now. They have always offered superior service and have always found ways to meet and exceed our expectations. The owner Chris is very knowledgeable and friendly. There has never been a job too small or too large for them to handle. I highly recommend CFR.

Was trying to find someone local that did air conditioning repair in Queen Creek and found CFR Mechanical. They are honest, affordable and easy to work with. Both my AC units were not performing well, and they told me exactly what was wrong and didn't try to cheat me. They even came out past 11 PM and if you live in this area you know that at that time of night it is still HOT HOT HOT .... so I am glad they came out and took care of me, even so late. I highly recommend them. Do not hesitate to give them a call. They will be honest and take care of you!

I purchased a new Carrier A/C unit from them four years ago, three years out of the one-year warranty, and since then, they have had to come out every year. The fan quit on the new unit the first time; the second time, they had to replace the relay on the new unit; the third time, the relay was bad in the handler in the attic, and now it is not working again.
I have an 83-year-old grandmother living with us who is completely bedridden. and cannot deal with the high temperature in the house. When we contacted the owner, he responded, "It is actually four years old. This is the 3rd issue in 4yrs. Call someone else.
This is absurd. Do not spend your money or your time with this company. They do not stand behind their product; I should not have to have a brand new unit that was completely replaced, including the handler, fixed every year.

I actually chose Polar because they didn’t have a ton of reviews. I wanted a small company and to not be pressured into maintenance contracts, etc. If that’s what you’re looking for too, you’ve found the right place! Cameron was super awesome to work with. Great low pricing, he came the same day and the house was cooled off in just a few hours. I asked him to come back later in the week to do regular maintenance and to clean out our dryer vents. Again, awesome service and great prices. Call him!

It’s rare that you call a business now and the owner actually answers. That type of owner will always get my business. Cameron was able to answer all of my questions and help me with things other companies couldn’t do without calling their boss. He also went out of his way to find a part I needed, and spent extra time figuring out how to get my warranty company to fulfill their obligation. Ian was professional and thorough. Inspected our system and made sure it was working properly. Checked and cleared the drain line and other parts of the system. Thank you again.
