I had another excellent experience with Due-All Air Conditioning and Heating. Last year they installed new HVAC units in our home. Their team was clean, professional, and very efficient throughout the entire installation process. I was impressed with the whole process.
Today they came out again when our AC unit suddenly stopped working. They quickly discovered that our landscapers had accidentally cut the wire to the unit. They repaired it right away and performed maintenance on our systems to make sure everything was running properly. I truly appreciate their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality work. I highly recommend Due-All Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone!

Kyle was wonderful. He explained everything he did in an easy to understand manner, and he was very professional and friendly. I could tell he took his time, was thorough and cared about doing a good job. I feel good knowing that my unit is set to go for another summer.

Angel Air checked and serviced our AC and furnace this spring. The technician was very thorough and professional. He showed us photos of our ducts and the blowers and stated everything was very clean. The cost of the system check-up was very reasonable. Strongly recommend.

I had an issue of my AC unit freezing up. Over the last few summers I have had nothing but problems with my AC unit and was using another company for my service and repairs. Angel Air was recommended to me by a friend so I decided to reach out to them instead of the previous company I had used in the past.

I called and spoke to Jazmine who was very polite and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me for a technician to respond. The technician who responded was Alex. Alex was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I explained to Alex the previous problems I had with my AC system and he did a great job with diagnosis. He quickly found the problem with my system and made the necessary repairs. Alex made a few recommendations for my system settings to keep things running smoothly. He also identified a flaw in my system from when it was installed 7+ years ago. He explained the deficiency and it immediately made sense why I have been having so many issues.

The price for my repairs was very reasonable and I was very happy with the customer service that was provided. We live in a time where good customer service is lacking and I absolutely appreciate Jasmine and Alex at Angel Air for their fantastic service. I highly recommended Angel Air and their great staff!

At this point I am not sure if Angel Air is dishonest or incompetent. Their maintenance tuneup rates have skyrocketed and their quoted work is astronomical and questionable (as in not necessary). They also tell you some things are not possible yet I just had another HVAC company complete what Angel Air said was not possible. They also fail to tell you things or you get conflicting info from different techs. They have been servicing my home for years but no more. I wanted to keep using them but something is not right with this company.

I genuinely recommend anyone using them or looking for HVAC service to find another company.

I had a very positive experience with the technician, Kyle who came to our house to troubleshoot a malfunction in one of our HVAC systems. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I was grateful for the time he spent explaining to me and my son what he was doing and answering our questions. He stayed very late, completing the work that same day.

However, I do have one complaint: Angel Air's trip charge. While many companies charge a trip fee, many also waive the charge if you do have the work completed. I think this would be a good policy for Angel Air to adopt, but I’m sure I’ll still use them again if I have more issues with my HVAC.

Angel Air has serviced our HVAC system for years. They are on time, communicate well, reasonably priced, and clean up thoroughly. We will continue to use them!

Ralph Boston came earlier than my scheduled appointment, and saved the day in this house for myself and two suffering pups. Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with my service today.

I called this morning after becoming increasingly frustrated with the company I had contracted with. They were here within the hour, did a thorough diagnostic and seemed very honest and straightforward...a rare thing around here! I think Angel is on the right track with the problem, and I didn't end up spending $$$ adding attic insulation as had been recommended to me by the other guys. Thank you!!

Every tech and office admin I've met and talked to has been wonderful, and resolved the multide of issues my AC unit has had lately. Even coming out twice in one day for a separate issue. My dog approves of them too.

The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable he did a great job checking our A/C system to make sure it was run correctly and efficiently. We were greatly appreciative of how quickly they came.

After having a not so great experience with them about 4 years ago. We used them today! What an amazing tech that came to our home! Honest and patient. We have some work to do in getting quotes for a new unit but I am excited to see what they offer.

This is definitely the company you would want to handle your HVAC concerns. The service tech Hunter is courteous, efficient, and personable. The company is quick to address the issue and get you scheduled. I was encouraged to call them due to our neighbors recommendations. Once again, great service.

Called for AC replacement quote. They are very professional. The information and options on the proposal are very detailed. ANGEL is local to QUEEN CREEK and have serviced many of our neighbors.

We are having the new system installed next week.

They brought us two chiller units to bring the temp down until our install. Thats great service
