I own an Allstate in Queen Creek and I have Angel Air come out each year to service my HVAC unit. They have always been reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

Kyle preformed the service and he is so nice and was very patient with any questions I had. He explains everything in such great detail and welcomes all questions we may have.

If there were more stars than 5, I would give them to Angel Air! I was a customer when Jake, the owner, started this company. I am very pleased to see how it has grown. This is due to the consistent, excellent quality of service and repairs along with the talented, experienced, and personable staff that make up Angel Air. We had Kyle today and he was able to fix our problem with our aging AC unit in no time! In addition, Kyle was friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. The repair was completed in a timely manner and Kyle knew exactly what he was doing. I really appreciate this company with the A+++ work!!!!!!!

Izaiah Ramos was very polite, professional, and friendly. He explained everything in detail and gave me options and recommendations for the best and longest lasting outcome for my situation. He was neat and vacuumed up the dust from my attic, and was very careful with his equipment inside my house.

Ralph is a very competent, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly young man. He did a very thorough service maintenance on my two units and I highly recommend him! He also installed a new thermostat for me that is very easy to use.

Angel Air did not disappoint! The techs showed up exactly on time and finished within the timeframe they stated. They answered all of my questions as they were completing the installation and left the work areas (including the attic) cleaner than they were. As an electrician and having knowledge of the trades, Angel air completed a clean installation and really took the time to ensure everything was done right. In addition, I also got the service package to ensure the unit will run without issue for years to come. If you’re looking to support a great local AC company, Angel Air should be your first call. We experienced a leak in our living room ceiling caused by a AC drip pan in the attic tilted away from the drain that a tech from Air-Zona had placed in July. When I phoned the company about The leak, they sent Alex Within the hour, to check it out. Alex not only reset the drip pan, he replumbed all of the primary lines. Then he contacted their drywall guy, Delano, to repair the ceiling damage, All at no cost to us. The ceiling repair is flawless. If we didn’t know the location, we wouldn’t know where the repair was made. We were so impressed with that company that we signed a new contract with them For a two times a year check up. Both Alex and the company are first class Customer Service oriented. I would recommend them to anyone. Great big thanks to Alex, Delano, and Air-Zona

I am so happy I found AIR-Zona! Rene did an AMAZING job cleaning out our dryer vent. We had made the mistake of hiring a non-licensed handyman the first time and he actually made the problem worse. Fortunately we found AIR-Zona after doing s Google search and noticed they are highly rated. We also noticed they were the most affordable of the several I contacted. After talking to the scheduler I was pleased that they were able to send someone out the very next day. Rene was the technician assigned to us and he really took the time to really get the job done right! He was incredibly kind and very professional (he even wore special booties to protect our floors) and also made sure to clean up the 5+ gallons (yes you read that correctly) of debris that was clogging our dryer vent! Rene discovered that a bird had made its home in the vent — way back inside — so he had to really go far into the vent to remove all the debris (twigs, leaves, lint, dirt etc). After he finished he even stayed around and tested the dryer to make sure it was 100% working. Lastly, we asked Rene about another vent project we would like to use AIR-Zona for in the near future and Rene was able to answer all our questions and even provided us with next steps. I never thought a dryer clean-out service could be such a positive experience but with Rene and AIR-Zona that is exactly what we got! A+++++

We have used Team AIR-Zona for the past couple of years for home inspections and have been so happy with their professionalism and service. We recently had to call upon them for a service call issue and were even more impressed. Our Techs, Rene and Sam were to our home within an hour of calling and had parts and everything installed within 24 hours. I have worked over the years with over a dozen different companies on A/C at my homes. Team AZ is in a league of its own. When I had a major urgent issue over a year ago with the A/C, I contacted a number of companies. Most did not respond. The 2 that did gave an estimate that was over $3000. Team AZ responded with a third bid that was a $1000 less and it was able to conserve a good portion of the freon, an environmental plus and huge savings. Moreover, the replacement part in the all of the bids was the same cost; so, it was the freon and labor that made the others so much more expensive. Importantly, Team AZ promptly did the work and did it well.

I decided to try Team AZ for an annual checkup/tuneup of my heat and cooling systems today. I had quit doing annual tuneups, because nearly every company I had previously used sent out an unimpressive tech, who left damage behind that resulted in a call back and repairs for which I had to pay. I came to believe this was no accident, because it happened nearly every time with every company. Team AZ, however, is unlike every other company. Team A sent out Alex, who was very bright, knowledgeable and thorough. He did no damage to my system that would result in a call back. And he was honest in reporting in detail on the entire system that everything is working and no repairs are needed. And the best part was the cost--$120-- for the thorough tuneup, which I will be doing going forward an annual basis with Team AZ. There is not a better, more responsive, fair company than Team AZ. I wish it all the success, it so deserves.

We had a problem with our AC on a Sunday. Thank goodness we have the maintenance plan, so we could call for an emergency. Rene got back to us very quickly and was at our house within an hour. Team AIR-Zona really knocked it out of the park from the moment I first spoke with them. I called them late one afternoon to see when they could perform a residential HVAC inspection and surprisingly, they were able to send someone out the next day! Mind you, it’s mid summer and essentially the busiest time of the year.

I have never seen such a detailed inspection report from an HVAC company. We have one 3 ton unit and the technician, Rene, spent 3 hours on our system compiling 6 pages of information with 42 pictures! Truly outstanding and makes me question the thoroughness of other HVAC inspection reports I have seen in the past. We ended up replacing our unit due to all of the issues that were discovered as well as the age of the system. BIG shoutout to both Rene and Sam for making the installation go seamless. They even gave me a walk through in the attic and pointed out in great detail what they did. We could not have asked for a better experience and I was so happy with them that I signed up for their maintenance program so that they can continue to service our unit for years to come. Kudos to everyone at Team AIR-Zona including Angela and Dustin for stress free scheduling and answering all of our questions to help guide our decision making. Would give 10 stars if I could!
