Rene was my point of contact and came out to give me an estimate. He was really friendly and kind. He went the extra mile to wear covers on his shoes when he came in the house. He and Air Zona were willing to work with me on the SRP rebate and some odds and ends that I wanted to do with my unit. They were very accommodating and helped me choose the appropriate parts to get my AC working like I wanted it. Rene and Sam came by to install, they laid out canvas and wore covers on their shoes. Rene and Sam explained everything to me and got my room nice, cool, and ready for summer. You don't meet people this kind who are contractors. You don't meet people this kind in the day to day world. I'm thankful for the great experience and will be calling Air Zona and asking for these guys back when there is more HVAC work. I am a new homeowner and my downstairs AC needed maintenance. Air-Zona responded back to me within the same day that emailed them and I got my appointment scheduled that day. Rene and Dametrius are very professional and efficient. They answered any questions I had and told me things I can do to help my AC units run better. My dad called to have a technician come out to look at a ticking noise. Tyler showed up and found the issue in less than a minute. He took the time to show us and explain how to resolve the issue. He was very informative and explained services that they offer. We couldn’t be happier with his service and the company as a whole! We have relayed to many of our friends how great this company is, and we know 3 of our friends that have signed up for the membership as the team continues to provide everyone with amazing service and strive for excellence!

We don’t notice until it got cold outside that our furnace was not working. Knowing our unit was still under warranty we found Team AIR-Zona as an authorized dealer through the manufacturer’s website. We called for service and a patient representative scheduled a technician for later in the day. Tyler reached out to say he was on his way - early! He was polite and efficient, taking photos and explaining the process to replace the fried control board. He was able to get the part, return and install it, all in about an hour. Thankfully our heater now blows nice and warm, and it didn’t cost us more than a trip charge and the labor to install the board. Thank you Tyler and Team AIR-Zona!
