Tyler was great! We was respectful and courteous. He completed the work quickly and was very knowledgeable. He arrived within the appointment window and did a great job!

They came highly recommended by a family member and I have to say I have been VERY impressed so far! My interactions though limited being a new customer have instilled trust and confidence. I can't say that about the other two HVAC companies I have used, much upselling and big $$ to fix a blower fault code that they can't source; basically "replace everything", electronic filters, etc... AIR-Zona tech Rene spent over two hours doing a thorough exam and made a very sensible sequential cost competitive proposal to start with likely source and go from there. He was great to work with and I look fwd to having him back.

I was referred to Team Air and called him at 8:00 at night. They answered the phone I was amazed. My tenants AC went out it was 117 that day and thank God Team Air went out the next day at 12:30. I was so thankful that they repaired the AC and it was very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job, great communication, fixed quickly and easy on the budget.

AirZona's employees have always been good to us we made the right choice going with them they treat us with a lot of respect and they take the time to show that respect when they come to our house and do the work. Today Tyler came and worked on our system he was very thorough and he did let us know what issues we had that we had to fix and he walked us through it and made me and my wife feel very comfortable about those issues and corrections. We were very pleased with his professionalism.

Tyler was very thorough in inspecting my hvac system and meticulous in doing so as well. He came back to do maintenance and he was the same with that very knowledgeable as well.

Tyler did a really good job diagnosed the condenser fan motor was bad and even went underneath my manufactured home to check out the ductwork on there and found a little problem there and fixed it very happy with the service

My AC stopped working and I called around trying to find service that day, late in the afternoon, close to early evening. They had a technician available with only a short delay.

The technician arrived quickly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to find the issue very fast and repair it on the spot for a reasonable price. However, after fixing the issue he continued his inspection and actually found an unrelated issue from the people who had replaced my unit about 6 years back. They had cut a hole in the unit for a vent that they ultimately couldn't use because of ceiling height restrictions. They covered it and sealed it, but didn't do it great job and it had started coming loose. Again, the technician was able to fix the issue right then for a good price, replacing their patch job with a solid metal plate to seal the hole better. On top of that he also mentioned the ventilation for my gas water heater was loose and secured that as well. Even better, the technician had pictures, both before and after, showing everything he found as well as documenting all the fixes he made.

Overall, I was impressed by how thorough a job the technician provided, looking not just at my AC but anything else that caught his eye. The pricing felt fair and it was a very straight forward process - the full cost provided up front with my choice to accept it or not. No surprise fees or hidden costs. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for a company.

The Team AIR-zona team was excellent. I chose them over several other companies. They replaced two 3-ton 2-stage units. Rene, our main installer was very professional, communicative, and helpful. The company made sure all the parts of the system were compatible to provide the maximum efficiency (16.4 SEER). I recommend them. I am not compensated to provide this review.

Alex was the perfect technician! I really could not ask for more. He was professional, courteous, informative, and exceptionally helpful. It really felt like I was getting help from a trusted family friend. He walked through all of the issues with me, as well as options and pricing. He even took time after his work day to deliver a cooling unit that we could use while we waited for our AC to be fixed the following week.

I called Team AIR-Zona out for a check up on my unit. Nothing was wrong, that I knew of. It had been almost 7 years that I purchased my brand new home without maintaining it. This was the first time calling someone to come out. Tyler Stewart came out and was amazing from start to finish. He called to let me know when he'd be at my home and was on time we within the two hour window I was given. Tyler checked the outside unit and then went into the attic to have a look. I was lucky I called as the lines in the attic were plugged with debris and because there was no auto shut off installed that could have potentially caused a lot of damage had I not called. Tyler also called on my unit to see if the capacitor was covered under warranty, as the unit was not performing as they would like to see. All said and done, I paid a great price for the preventive maintenance, the labor for installing the new capacitor, and a shut off valve. Tyler explained everything in detail so I understood. He had pictures to show me and he went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this AC company AND Tyler. He is passionate about his work and is an amazing human. He and my dog Bentley became fast friends as well. I have signed up for their preventive maintenance plan I loved my experience so much. From start to finish. When I made tge appointment, they sent a reminder AND as Tyler was on his way they sent a picture of him and a brief bio. I am impressed, please use this honest and reputable company!

Pretty disappointed with the service I received. Starts by telling me I have to upsize all my returns and I have 10 retuns throughout the house. It not like I have one in the middle of the house. After asking some questions and trying to dig deeper into the return sizes, he started to back pedal. I was being told air flow was the issue with the compressor grounding out and failing. He Said my air filters are durty. They are not durty as to restricting air flow. I change my filters every 2 to 3 months. Not to mention I have returns and filters in every room. I have attched a few of the old filters. These filters have a long lilfe left, but I chaged them out to stay on my schedule. I have been in the Residential and commercial building trades for over 45 years. I have several family and freinds in the HVAC trade. I also work closley with an engineering group of folks that clearly understand the industry.
I also was told not to use his ladder to follow him up into the attic, because his ladder was "rickety". I alsed him if he knows his ladder is "rickety" why was he even using it. I told him I would perfer him to get a safe ladder to use in my house. It just seem as he was trying to come up with other items. But little did he know if he would of been a straight shooter Inwould of had him do a service on my other 3 units. But instead Injust started to feel real unease about this hole situation. That I am calling someone else out. If only my family lived closer.

Tyler came out the day after I called for inspection and maintenance. He is honest and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service and looking forward to working with Air-zona and him again in the future. I would recommend him to anybody looking for HVAC services.

Update: Ended up replacing entire system. They are very fair and again, honest and detailed. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly. They had the full system replaced in a week. The installers, Rene and Dametrius did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend these guys.

To say this company is amazing is an understatement. Called the Company went the unit went out on a 115 degree day late in the night, they sent Rene first thing in the morning. He found the problem and was able to get me and the family up and running, and took care of the house: clean and gentle, wore foot booties. So often AC companies want to replace your unit off the bat, it's easier and more profitable. And to be fair, our unit is up there in age, but it's a Godsend to find a trustworthy person who takes the small amount of time to actual evaluate the situation first and presents you options within your budget. A new unit is not always the most viable option as it's a huge cost. Thankfully this time there was a cost effective fix, but I know when that big day happens I know I can call on Rene. He gave me more detailed information about replacement costs and options for when that day comes, including warranty, the timing, process, and financing options. Go with these guys to service your AC and heating, but especially their maintenance plan. It's not just a gimmick to replace your unit, you can actually trust these knowledgeable guys. Reputation and credibility is everything, and these guys strive for it. Ask for Rene, man is a genius and a lifesaver!
