Cool air was not part of the plan this past weekend. Thought I could go straight to YouTube university and get it done. Of course that didn't work out. I had to go to HUB. He spent a few hours and diagnosed a leak and had all the tools in the business to get it fixed. Within hrs I was back in action. Money well spent. Highly recommended.

Hub Heating and Cooling is a great company! I’ve used them a couple of times- once for a general tune up in the fall and just recently (the coolest nights we’ve had in PHX) when our unit stopped working! Todd is friendly, professional and knows his business! He called just to make sure we were keeping warm and then again with his expected time of arrival the very next day. After he ran through the checklist to make sure the unit was ok, he checked the thermostat. Turns out, it went kaput. He swapped it out, programmed it and got our unit up and running within minutes. Additionally, he was conscious of the cost, giving us the option for the thermostat replacement rather than trying to sell us the most expensive/fancy one. Finally! A friendly company with honesty, integrity and compassion for its customers. And bonus! Our dogs really liked him too. I’ve finally found a company I can call for all of our AC/Heating needs. After having a "Big" name company come out to diagnose my AC unit. I was told the unit had to be replaced. That with it even being 3 years old the manufacturer wouldn't warranty it, nor was I told what the issue was.
I was referred to Hub Heating And Cooling by a friend and quickly called to setup a service call. Todd answered on the 2nd ring and promptly showed up the next morning at 11am as planned.
Todd found the problem with in 5 minutes. Showed me what happened, gave me options and recommendations. I gave Todd the ok, and he went to work! Back online and working strong.
