I called Hub Heating and Cooling when my A/C blower motor started making loud knocking noises. We actually had a few other companies come out and look at it but Todd (Hub Heating & Cooling) was the only one who was able to get it fixed quickly. He ordered the parts and was able to install everything the following day. He was straightforward and told us that we absolutely did not need a brand new unit and that by replacing the blower motor we could still get years out of our current a/c unit. Thank you Todd! Thanks again Todd for repairing the wine cooler for my wine cellar. I must have called 7 different A/C companies and a refrigeration company while you were out of town and no one would work on my unit. You came out the first morning you were back in town and repaired my it before I lost any wine, which was much appreciated. For AC service and repair, you won’t find anyone more knowledgeable and thorough than Todd. I’ve also been using him for years on my home AC units, which are old but still performing.

Hub had the unenviable task of cleaning up another inept contractor’s poor workmanship. Todd came to our home and basically had to troubleshoot a newly installed system that was not properly cooling our home. Todd not only guaranteed he would remedy the issues, but he did it within two days during an historic and lengthy heatwave in the Phoenix Valley.

When I called Todd from Hub Heating and Cooling because our air conditioning was not working in 100 degree weather and he showed up right away to take care of it. He was honest and answered my many questions and concerns I had about our unit. Together we made a decision to finally replace our air conditioning unit and Todd put together many options so we could choose what we option we wanted. We also ended up with an extended warranty for the product we wanted and that was important in our decision making. We will have a better product for a better price than 3 other competitors in the area because we looked. Todd has also kept me up to date so I know what is going on. No second guessing or even a need to call - when I am wondering what is happening, I get a text or call to keep me posted at where we are in the process! Honest, dependable and competitive pricing!

Todd sold us what we needed. Our AC needed replacing. A bit sad it took over two weeks to get it installed but Todd communicated with us. Reasonable price. Todd checked our install and identified a mistake which was fixed ASAP. We will call Todd again.

Todd was on time, professional and thorough. He explained what to expect while he was there and suggested options to improve the cooling of a particular room in my house. Todd with HUB was great to work with. Got in touch with him after my grandma's AC went out in the middle of the summer. He came over right away and diagnosed the issue. He was very honest with us about the problem and fixed it in no time.

We have since used him to tune-up our systems and will continue to use him. Finding someone honest and reliable isn't easy to do, so we're glad we ran in to Todd!

Todd was great! Our AC went out one afternoon and it got HOT. He was kind enough to come take a look that evening at 8pm to start to figure out what was wrong. He worked with me over the next few days on what the best days and times would be to come fix it. It ended up being a different issue than he originally thought, but he kept me updated several times over the course of the couple hours he was here tweaking and tuning everything. I would HIGHLY recommend him to friends and family in the Phoenix-Metro area

I highly recommend Todd. He was so honest and knowledgeable. As homeowners it doesn’t matter what industry we deal with it’s just so hard to find honorable service people who aren’t just out to misinform and take your hard earned money. I find this to be mostly true of big name companies. Todd was very informative, came within hours of my call and we were very satisfied with the results. Trust me, when I say I researched a few Air conditioner techs before hiring Todd and my research paid off. Great guy!!!!

Todd has been our AC guy for about 3 years. Found him on our nextdoor app when we asked our neighbors who knew of a good ac company and Todd was one with great references. Couldn’t be happier with his ac work and professionalism. We bought this house 2 years ago and it has been nothing short of a disaster finding quality services ranging from flooring contractors, painters to HVAC repair and maintenance. I have had more than 5 different service providers come and they were all the absolute worst.
