I have had the pleasure of having Josh's (owner) dad be my AC guy for 22 years. Josh has taken over the company and is exactly like his father. Dependable, honest and consistent. I had an AC unit go out last week, he and his team were here the next day with everything in hand ready to go. Not even 24 hours and I had a new unit. I would recommend Arizona Cooling and Heating every opportunity I can. As his father heads into retirement, I feel good knowing Josh was taught by the best. In every aspect of business.

The repair was completed the same day, and our home was back to a comfortable temperature within hours. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the system is running better than ever.

The specific service I used was duct cleaning, including the fans in the bathrooms and laundry room. They asked about the dryer vent, but I had recently done that and regularly do that for fire safety reasons. I've been putting these other items for years. I had called around for estimates and am quite happy with the results from Arizona Cooling. Kylie, Francisco, and Arturo were terrific and answered my many questions. Arturo was diligent with cleaning all vent covers along with the ductwork. Due to the size of the job it was an all day task. The cost was reasonable and fair for the time it took and comparing this to other estimates I got. I expected some dust residue in the air given the job and living in the Chandler desert, but it is quite minimal. Gratitude to all!

Super reliable and honest. Called at 8pm at night, Fahim mentioned going through our home warranty which we forgot about. Our home warranty actually recommended him. Came the next morning and fixed our AC within 30 min. Most people wouldn’t mention a home warranty and take your money. He’s good people. Thank you!

I was lucky enough to meet Josh when he came out to one of our properties through a home warranty claim. I was impressed with his attention to detail and knowledge of the systems,. I have since used him for multiple installs of new Trane systems, the communication and follow through is second to none. The whole crew always is respectful of the properties and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone is satisfied.
