Called at 8PM on Friday night and spoke with Trint about our A/C not cooling and his tech Jaren was at our house at 8AM Saturday morning to make the needed repairs. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! My AC stopped working in the middle of August and Air Express Heating & Cooling came to the rescue. This crew was working in Vegas and have to give a big shout out to Jed and the ladies in the office. Without Jed standing up for us we may have been without ac for another week. They understood our frustration and wanted the situation resolved as quickly as we did. They were able to keep us informed when our own maintenance team couldn’t give us updates. The crew showed up after having done another install around 5pm and completed the install around 10pm. Everyone was very professional and understanding considering our situation. Highly recommend this company!
