Wild West Air and Heating is the best company hands down. Clint and Bonnie are super nice and trustworthy. They won't upsell you on something you dont need. Clint has saved my family money and most importantly my sanity on my units. They have great prices and are a great company. I recommend them to everyone who needs AC work.

Clint is always super informative and honest about what he finds. He takes photos so you can see what he's looking at and then explains what everything means and how it should work. Prices are super reasonable and scheduling is super easy! If there is a scheduling conflict they always call and let you know that they are running behind or ahead of schedule. Can't recommend these guys enough! They're great!

It’s very difficult these days to find a company that values quality over quantity, takes pride in their workmanship, has extensive experience and DOES NOT try to rip you off in the process! Wild West Air is all of the above and more. I used them to replace the Air Handler recently. The entire experience from first engagement to tracking the unit to having it installed by Clint was absolutely flawless.

Clint was friendly, professional, experienced and was very meticulous, ensuring that the unit was installed properly according to specs and without any leaks. Going forward, they are my go to company for all AC related issues.

I’m the type of person that feels as though everything happens for a reason.. While cleaning up my front yard, I came across a door flyer for Wild West Air & Heating.. I decided to save the flyer because it had a $29 service coupon attached to it..Little did I know that same night my Air Conditioner would start acting up. I called Wild West around 9pm, and my call was answered immediately. For it being so late at night, Bonnie made me comfortable, and I was able to get an appointment scheduled for 730am the next day.. Clint showed up early and did not disappoint. He throughly inspected every aspect of my home AC unit, and not only was he able to diagnose the issue, but most importantly get everything fixed in a timely, and affordable manner. I can’t say enough about the honesty and integrity this company offers you. No shady tactics or overcharging of services here. This small family owned & operated business is doing things the right way! I’m grateful to have Wild West Air & Heating in San Tan Valley. Thank you Clint and Bonnie!!

Wild West was great! I posted on Angie's list for an AC servicing and was contacted back within minutes. Craig did a thorough evaluation of my system and had my unit back up and cooling again within two hours. Pricing was much better than some corporate outfit. I would highly recommend them for any of your air conditioner needs!

I hate to have to write a bad review amongst all the good ones but we called this company to come service our unit, mold and rust were found. We paid around $760 to get the rust and mold REMOVED. It’s now two weeks later and we had a piece that needs to be replaced (no fault of this company) when the new tech took the ac unit apart. There was still mold left. Not only is this a rip off but it’s also dangerous to tell us you got all of the mold, black mold at that when you did not. We called to tell them and they told us they can refund only $100. It’s better than nothing I guess but it feels like we got ripped off unfortunately. Our new ac tech said he would have charges us only $240 for the mold and rust removal. When you do the math; we ended up paying about $400 extra.

My wife and I noticed a problem with our AC unit when we got home from work on a Saturday. We called and immediately got to speak to someone who was quick, knowledgeable, and highly responsive. She even offered a slot just about an hour after my call.

When they did come out, Clint made us all feel at ease, was incredibly friendly and thorough. I felt like everything reviewed and discussed was honest and truly in the best interest of my setup.

I will be using their services exclusively from now on and highly recommend you do the same.

Very professional and skilled, had are AC up in running in 40 minutes.

I tried calling to discuss future AC needs on a new home I am buying and they refused to talk to me until after the house went thru escrow. This boggles me...... refusing to talk to a new customer??? Unbelievable!

Stop! Do not use this company. In short, we have a new home, Air has not worked in two bedrooms; 5 techs & 3 months later not fixed. Always the wrong part or tech didn't do it correct. Now, our heat does not work in the bedrooms! Stay far away from this unethical and non responsive company.

I can’t recommend this company. They will take your money and be clueless on to what’s going on. My advice is get on YouTube. I was able to change out a fuse for a couple bucks and a capacitor for less than 20 bucks on my own. I kept having the same issues and they would just take my money but not address this issue.

Hamidi is a hidden gem in this company. He did an outstanding job, was pleasant to be around and educated me on what I didn't know. I look forward to hiring Chas Roberts again and working with Hamidi in the future!
