I recently had the pleasure of working with Talbot Plumbing and I couldn’t be more impressed with their exceptional service. From the moment I called their customer service team was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. They quickly scheduled an appointment that fit my availability, and the plumber arrived right on time, fully equipped to handle the job.

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue clearly, giving me multiple solutions to choose from. Not only did they fix the problem efficiently, but they also ensured everything was clean and in perfect working order before leaving.

The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees, and the overall experience was hassle free. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Their professionalism and dedication to quality service truly set them apart!

I'm actually excited to write this review, with the hope that others will find it helpful and will consider working with Talbot Plumbing Services. We had to have our disposal replaced and Talbot was able to to do so within 24 hours of me calling. I attribute their excellent service and quick response time to the team effort on display - from Anne, an actual human being who took our call and scheduled the service in a friendly, professional and well-organized manner, to Trevor, the owner of the business who came out himself to take care of the issue with an open, honest and communicative approach, and to Trevor who originally installed our disposal and of whom we still remember as one of the friendliest service techs we've ever worked with. A good business is one that genuinely cares about their customers (and their employees) and about maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with them. Talbot gets it and that's why (along with other factors like reasonable prices and a high level of expertise) they're one of the most highly-reputable businesses in the Queen Creek area. Please consider working with these folks, you won't regret it.

We had our water softener go out within two years of having the “builder grade” one installed. Called Talbots and will not call anybody else!! They handled everything for us from start to finish! We had Cameron install this new water softener and R/O system.

Cameron who did the install was knowledgeable and very friendly, he gave us good direction after asking many questions about the house and how many people lived in it. Basically he built the new system around what we needed all in one day. It was very cool to see him and put it all together!

After that we have had Alex coming to check in adjust the equipment and fill up salt accordingly. He’s always professional, funny and has a big smile whenever he shows up! We talk about everything from trucks to trips meanwhile he stays on task and makes sure that we are good to go. I trust them thoroughly with my house I’ve even been away from the house and had them service it for us!

It’s nice just to hand over the reins of Plumbing to a great company with great people!! Thank you Talbot’s like I say I won’t go anywhere else!

So happy!! We had Talbot Plumbing Services drill holes for a soap dispenser and disposer switch along with installing a new Waterstone faucet. They did an excellent job! Professional beyond words. They are licensed and knowledgeable and I felt confident with Trevor from the moment they came in the house. You don't find many plumbers who will drill holes in the granite countertops so you don't have to get another company to do this. Highly recommend! We will use them in the future and will be recommending them to clients of Rustic Sinks here in the Phoenix valley.

This is a wonderful local family owned Queen Creek Company. It begins with Ann who is an outstanding customer service representative and ends with quality plumbing service. In my case, I had 30 year old faucets for our washer replaced. Trevor who is clearly a master plumber did an outstanding job from start to finish. He made clear the scope of the work involved, clearly communicated different options and price points, and did an amazing job of cleanup before leaving. The price was fair and they will clearly be my go-to business for future plumbing needs.

I have used Talbot plumbing on two different occasions. I have always been very pleased with their technicians, great service, they have always arrived early and have been able to fix the problems with delays.

Trevor the owner and main plumber with Talbot is one of the most professional, well organized and friendly tradesman and plumbers I can remember ever dealing with. He arrives exactly when he says he will utilizing modern technology so he has all the information right on hand to discuss projects along with various options and prices. Upkeep and maintenance on my house had been neglected for sometime so I needed considerable work. Trevor took the time to explain what was going on and showed me exactly “why“ work needed done. Still I didn’t feel pressured or talked into anything and we broke up the projects over a number of weeks. He was not only reasonably priced but helped work with me finding the best practical and financial solutions. I’m extremely happy with both the service, the new five stage water softener and water treatment system and price I received, I would recommend Trevor-Talbot to Family friends and anyone who might need plumbing work.

I reached out to the owner, Trevor, in my journey for quotes of installing a system and after we met up and discussed the process I knew my searching journey was over. He is very professional, has extremely high quality workmanship, and offers competitive pricing compared to others in the area too. He was flexible with my time-frame and was able to install everything in one day! We have now had our RO system and our whole home water filtration and softener installed by him for a little over a month now and we couldn't be any more happier. We have had Talbot Pluming service our home for years now, everything from a whole home water filtration system, a water heater replacement, an R.O. system install, kitchen sink connections and clearing a plumbing backup. Every time they have provided quality, professional and courteous service. I won't use anyone else.

I CHOSE TALBOT BECAUSE THEY WERE LOCATED LOCALY.ASHLEY SET UP THE APPOINTMENT ,I GOT A CALL 25 MINUTE NOTICE. MIKE WAS RIGHT ON TIME,HE WAS VERY KNOLEDGEABLE AND LIKEABLE. THERE WAS NO MESS TO .CLEAN.HE INSTALLED A NEW DELTA KITCHEN FAUCET ,AND RE DID A BATHROOM DRAIN WHICH WAS SLOW DRAINING AND REMOVED THE BLOCKAGE.HE WAS ONLY HERE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR TOTAL.I WAS VERY PLEASED AND TOTALLY SATISFIED.I RECOMEND TALBOT TO ANYONE. I highly recommend Talbot plumbing! They are on always on time and have the best workers. Spencer is amazing at what he does and the owner Trever genuinely cares for his customers! The customer service is imperative, they even fixed our misting system when it was out of warranty and they covered all the costs since the warranty just ended not too long ago!!! Truly a great company that provides professional care!

Trevor went above and beyond expectations to take the time to fix the vacuum breaker on the main water line coming into the house. He had the job finished in 30 minutes. Trevor was very friendly and pleasant to do business with.

The technicians came to check out a leak we had at our main water line as well as a drain from our water heater. They installed a pressure regulator due to our water pressure being higher than acceptable and a water heater drain line for proper drainage of our water heater. They was very professional and knowledgeable about their trade and showed excellent quality of workmanship as well as their attention to detail. The price was fair for the parts and labor. After their work was done they requested that I come do a walk through of what all they had done to show and explain everything. We are very impressed with these individuals and if any issues arise they will be the first that I call.

Trevor did amazing! We’ll definitely be referring Talbot Plumbing Services LLC to our friends and family. He was professional, friendly and honest. He came out to fix a leak and followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. Trevor also took the time to walk us through the benefits of installing a water softener when we inquired about the cost and process. We scheduled an appointment to get the water softener installed and couldn’t be happier with the results. In addition to being professional, Trevor left everything clean after the installation was complete. Thank you again for taking great care of us.

We have used Talbot Plumbing several times. The come when scheduled and have been very professional and clean up when they are done. They have done a variety of jobs from replacing some faucet sets, replacing hot water heater, to installing water softner system. Highly recommend !

Excellent experience from start to finish. The technician was available earlier than scheduled, Ann called and said they could come over in 15 minutes. The technician, Cameron, was personable, professional, and efficient. He replaced the hose bib with a more reliable ball valve style instead of a gate valve. The existing valve washer failed and it leaked out of the stem. The washer is replaceable, but I couldn't get it apart.
Cameron not only replaced the part with an upgrade, he tested the water pressure and quality, and inspected the hot water heater and all of the sinks and toilets as well. He was done before the time he was originally scheduled.
We now have our go-to plumbing company, I will always call them for anything I can't do myself. Five stars plus!
