Recently moved back here from Texas to our home that we rented out. My husband finally retired from military service and never had to deal with water heater problems.

Today August 31st the water softener system went out, water pouring out of the garage and so we called Patrick again. Even though he had another job to go to, with his busy schedule. Patrick and his wife still came out as soon as possible and helped turn off the water in the house. And said they'll be back as soon as possible after he is done with his scheduled work orders. They came back and installed a new water softener and explained everything we needed to do and we tested each faucet to make sure they all worked properly.

The plumber and his assistant from McCabe were professional and informative and cleaned up well. They had a difficult job of replacing the cartridge on a stuck shower valve that wouldn't budge, but they were able to do what was necessary to get the job done for the quoted price. I would use them again.
