Good service. Many products. The health of the plants on any given day is a roll of the dice though.

About a third of the plants look healthy. The rest are dead or near dead. A very basic selection and variety, so it might do the job if you're not looking for anything too specific

When we moved into our new build we needed to get the backyard done. Reached out to Victor who came strongly recommended by multiple neighbors. Victor took the time to present different models, options, and price points. The crew was on schedule, professional, and did a phenomenal job. We had a slight lighting issue that came about shortly thereafter and I text Victor and he had someone out same day to rectify. I highly recommend Victor and his company to anyone shopping around.

We had an excellent experience with United Custom Landscapes & Pools LLC building our pergola. From start to finish, their team was fast, professional, and easy to work with. From start to finish, Victor made this process easy and very professional. I articulated the ideas my wife and I had and he made it a reality. The price was a little stunning, but this is our first time doing a big job like this and the final product gave it great value for us, personally, and our property as well. Also, I know it was done right. My wife and are are very satisfied and will, certainly, be using United Customs for future projects.

AFTER THE WORK REVIEW - I am dropping this review from 5 to 2 stars and I’ll explain why. The work completed was quick and looks great so that is worth 2 stars. Talking with Victor he was very personable and made it sound like they would take care of everything. Summer the turf bunches up because in winter it is condensed and expands - he said he would send someone out to pull it and make it right when this happens. Their guys also took a bunch of paint off our walls when laying rock. He said he would have someone come out to fix this. After they received their money it’s been impossible to get anyone to respond or do anything. It was the truck broke down and several other excuses to follow the multiple times we tried to get this resolved. Tells us he will get us on schedule to address these and then just goes silent.

I would say the work is good but make sure EVERYTHING is addressed and the way it should be before you pay them! They will talk the talk but will not follow through on anything they say.
