Can’t say thank you enough to Marie.. She has been with us for about two months now and she is an incredible housecleaner. My mom is disabled and my dad has Alzheimer’s so it has been very hard for me as well as my sister to have to cook, shop and clean our homes as well as another house after a long days work. So, every-time Marie cleans my parents house it smells so clean, sanitized and fresh. She has been an incredible help to me and my sister. So thank you Marie and Bella for a great service. What a great experience. The cleaning crew showed up right on time introduced themselves and did a great walk-through of the home prior to starting their deep cleaning service. The team did excellent work with attention to detail and completeness of work being the Strong characteristics of their service we experienced. Maria was excellent and did a final walk-through covering everything in detail and she’s actually kind of funny. Michael was a straight guy doing his windows being quiet but very professional nice at all times. Would definitely use again and we’ll put them on a regular Schedule going forward

BED BUGS!! They do a great job cleaning but somehow my home now has bed bugs, Never had them until I hired East Valley. Wondering if they were bought in from their vacuums, clothing or cleaning supplies that they bring from house to house.I am on Oxygen and don't leave the house much. Someone brought them in. Was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.

They did an amazing job cleaning, so their work is great. I did have a few small issues though, with one being that they were late, and didn't let me know they would be late, and another- They don't seem to have much experience with cleaning a house with animals; because I had to take my *used* cat litter scoopers OUT of the cat's food bin, and dump the whole top layer of cat food. It's not really a big thing, but it was for me.
The team that came by was very polite, and they did clean everything quickly. The place looks great. Much better than I could do.

Very pleased with East Valley Housekeeping! Sonya quotes about $40 less to do a deep clean than every other place I called. There were a couple issues I had with some details of the work once it was done, but she was very prompt and friendly about correcting the issues. We have her setup for a monthly cleaning now, highly recommend!

Great experience with the entire East Valley Housekeeping crew. They arrived on time, went right to work and did an excellent job. My home was in need of a deep clean and they sure gave it one. Everything from the baseboards to the bathrooms and even the refrigerator were cleaned extremely well. I feel like I have my new home back! I look forward to regular service from East Valley!!!

NOT HAPPY. We are moving and needed a reliable person to get our house clean to list. We saw good reviews so even though the price was high, we wanted someone to do a good job. Not only did it take 1 hour (after showing up late and changing the time of arrival) they didn't do anything we needed. I would never pay anyone that much to push dirty soap water all over the floors and "clean" the baseboard although we never saw them clean a single spot. Vacuum sounded like a dying cat and we had to ask them to come back to wipe the cabinets because the one lady thought the other lady did it. Very unprofessional through text and it took a few days to respond. Poor planning on our part and not shopping around. We feel robbed for how much it cost and now we have to clean everything with a toddler. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

One of the best house cleanings I have had in a very long time. She was very attentive to my needs with our rental property that we are moving out of. Did a fantastic job cleaning every inch of the house. I would definitely recommend scheduling her to come and clean your home. I’ll be scheduling another cleaning shortly.

I would highly recommend East Valley House Cleaning. Very responsive and quick to get us a quote and on the schedule. They quoted us a very fair and good deal to deep clean our 4500 sq foot home. They had very good attention to detail and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with their service. I felt they went above and beyond… loaded my dishwasher and made the beds. They were also super quick which was amazing. 4 ladies cleaning for 2.5 hours and they are incredibly efficient. Thank you guys for making my house so much more manageable! Can’t wait to have you back next month!
