Unfortunately we used these services for over 2 years and recently received an email that they were discontinuing our service as it was no longer cost effective. Very disappointing when you are loyal to a business for so long. Services provided were sub-par for almost 6 months and we never complained. Looking back, we should have.
Further, at one point they tried to raise the rates. Bella had a conversation with my husband about the cost. They agreed to keep it the same price. Following the discussion they cancelled services on us twice and when I tried to reschedule, we received an email that they had made the difficult decision to discontinue services. Not a great way to run a business. Again, very disappointing when you have been a loyal customer.

Mikelle was phenomenal! She did a wonderful job connecting with my girlfriend, my dog, and me.

She was very kind and did a wonderful job cleaning our spaces. We would love to work with her or have services provided by her in the future.

Our last cleaning (March 2024) wasn’t the best and the conversation as well. I ended up recleaning my home in some areas and still paid. I was not satisfied and end result was for me to not continue services with Bella’s Home Cleaning.

I moved to Arizona in July 2023 and was looking for a cleaning service for monthly maintenance. When chatting on the phone for more information, Bella's Home Cleaning was very informative, courteous, and was able to fit me in their schedule the following week. They do send a reminder via email and text message, so look out for those when you set an appointment.

First Cleaning: Please note that at your first cleaning, it will be a DEEP clean, which is pricier. This included a thorough clean of every inch of your home (wiping down doors, etc). Afterwards, you can opt to pay for the typical cleaning for maintenance, which is less and does not include everything that was done in the DEEP clean. I met Bella (owner) and Erica. They were on time and brought their own cleaning supplies. I appreciated that they wore booties into my home, as I am a shoeless home. They spent a total of 2.5 hrs cleaning together, I was happy with their service and they were very open to feedback or questions I had.

Second Cleaning: After the first cleaning, I requested for Erica to be the designated cleaner of my home. I was comfortable with her already and she knew my home layout, which is always ease of mind. I had just received a few new pieces of furniture into my home, and I let Erica know to be careful with certain items and what can be used on the furniture, etc. Erica was very understanding. My biggest nightmare is having the wrong products being used on such high ticket items or things being damaged from ramming vacuum to the item, etc. Again, pleasant working with Erica! Her work was consistent the second time around.

Third Cleaning: So far, no complaints with Erica. She is super sweet, understanding, has a good attitude, and ALWAYS on time! The cleaning is consistent once again!

Bonus: I love that I can text them of any changes, etc. It's convenient for me, since I don't like calling. Its nice to have things documented and refer back to!

Today we had our first service with Bella’s. Our deep cleaning turned out really well! Michael and Erica did an amazing job. We have bi-weekly services scheduled and I look forward to seeing how the ongoing basic service goes.

Yesterday we had our first deep cleaning with Bella's Home Cleaning. Our house looks amazing, the best it's been since we moved in 5 years ago. With three dogs and a cat, I know it was was challenging job, but Mikelle, Anabela, and Mike made my my home fantastically spic and span. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely continue with basic cleanings on a regular basis.

I’ve had excellent housekeepers from Bella, but none can compare with Michelle. She is meticulous and prepared to go above and beyond a basic cleaning. I scheduled an appointment with them weeks ago to do a deep spring cleaning. I also have a friend from Canada staying with us for a few days starting on Saturday. My 6 months pregnant wife and I spent last night preparing the house for our appointment. 1 hour before the appointment I received a text letting me know it was cancelled. They did not try to accommodate me whatsoever and gave me 2 time frames that i am not available. I hope you picture my pregnant wife and I deep cleaning carpet and grout on our hands and knees while you go about your day. Simply terrible
