Unfortunately this is a not a company I would recommend. I have used this company for a few months for my short term rental. Some areas that need help are paying attention to detail and cleaning well. Because of their many oversights, it has cost me my 5 star rating on my booking platform. I know Tatum means well, but I feel as though her staff are not properly trained. There is a lot of room for improvement.

We just started with Grimes and Company and plan to continue and expand services. They worked around our schedule, were on time and did a great job, at a very fair price. I would recommend without hesitation.

Tatum was super responsive and was able to come out with only a couple days notice. She did a deep clean on a master bathroom for us and we couldn’t be happier! The Grimes and Company Cleaning did an outstanding job with my clean! I recently moved out of an apartment and was able to send over all of the requirements from the apartment complex in order to receive my deposit back. The clean was outstanding and I received my full deposit! Communication was excellent and I could not recommend The Grimes and Company Cleaning more!! Bonus points for very reasonable pricing! 12/10 :)
