Bryce and Jerad arrived at the designated time. They were friendly, polite and answered all our questions. They were meticulously neat. You would never know we had a tub removed and a new shower installed. When they left you never could tell any work & removal had been done. Except , now we have a FANTASTIC shower. The redo of my hall bathroom was completely explained, and although they ran into a few measurement issues on installation, the cost was adjusted when they needed additional parts. It turned our beautiful! Then a couple years later we had an issue with the drain and Bath Fitter came out and fixed it--no charge. All businesses have to make money to survive, BF didn't get rick on my remodel but the service was great, and the technicians were fabulous to us They made what could have been a very stressful situation into a great day and our bathroom looks fabulous!
