All steps of the process were easy! The initial meeting of discussing our shower remodel was under an hour. Art was very professional and thorough. Krystina in the scheduling office was easy to work with. Best of all, our installer, was out of the park! Steven was kind and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with our new accessible shower for my elderly father. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

Bryce installed our new shower and we couldn't be happier. It looks amazing. He was courteous and efficient. Cleanup was perfect. Nothing left for us to do except enjoy our new shower.

Bath Fitter did my walk-in shower replacement. The installer Curtis Patterson was prompt, courteous, and professional. He did a great job and was very accommodating since he received the wrong door for the installation. Nonetheless, he completed all the work, and the shower looks very nice. Once the door has been installed, it will be perfect. The whole experience from sales to installation was pleasant, and I would recommend Bath Fitter to any person requiring that service. Reading reviews about the nightmares that other people have endured for this kind of work can easily make one apprehensive.
The door has been added and new photos show a wonderful job that Bath Fitter did

Steven did an exceptional job transforming my bathroom with a new tub and surround. He was efficient and cleaned up after the job was complete. He explained every step to make me comfortable

Bryce and Steven were professional and friendly. They proceeded to get right to work and completed the job in one day, when we thought it would have been two. Initially we saw the advertisement for Bath Fitter on social media and then had our consultation with Bob and even that part of the process was great! We look forward to using Bath Fitter again in the future.

Denis was a fantastic person to work with for designing our small downstairs bathroom. Russell and Andrew were outstanding at executing the install. Here’s pics of before, after tub demo, then finished install. We are so pleased that we are having them remodel our 2 upstairs bathrooms next. It was even noticed at demo that my husband had hung our wall cabinet upside down and they rehung it correctly.

We have used Bath Fitter on 2 separate occasions. We didn't realize how great of a choice we made until we had to call them out to repair a piece of moulding at the base of the shower. I contacted them and a technician was sent the same week. Stephen was amazing. He called to let us know he was on his way and once he arrived he knew exactly what to do. He removed the old piece along with the caulking and cleaned it up. He then replaced the piece, recaulked it and let us know the time frame for curing. Stephen treated us in a professional manner and was a good representation of the company. Thank you Bath Fitter for taking care of us and thank you to Stephen for instilling confidence that we made the right choice!

Russ did a great job. He was very professional. He talked me through the process and answered all of my questions. I will be recommending bath fitter to others. Also Bob was our sales person and he was very charming.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jordan, bath, fitters for a new shower and our home, and I am beyond impressed with his services. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and highly professional. The consultation process was thorough and informative. The craftsmanship was outstanding. The shower was installed with great attention to detail and the final results exceeded my expectations. throughout the project, Jordan maintained a high-level of professionalism. He arrived on time, respected my home, and cleaned up after himself, leaving behind no mess. Communication was clear and consistent. Jordan kept me updated on the process and any potential issues, providing solutions promptly. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and courteously. The project was completed within the Promise timeframe if not sooner. Jordan managed to stay on schedule without compromising the quality of his work. I found the pricing to be fair and transparent. The quality of the installation in the materials use were well worth the investment there were no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the shower insulation provided by Jordan and bath fitters .

The salesman was “low pressure” which was good. The installation took only one day.
However, within two weeks 7 scratched appeared on the wall tile. Bath Fitters sent out a technician who corrected it promptly. The next day, I found another scratch, then another on the shelf that holds the soap. Yesterday I found two more damaged places in the flooring of the shower.
I have never used anything but water and a soft microfiber cloth to clean it. I am very disappointed in Bath Fitters manufactured product.
The quality of the tile is terrible for the price! It was definitely not worth nearly $12,000 for a new shower!!

Stephen H. is the installer that did our bathroom today. He communicated from start to finish about what he was doing throughout the day. He was punctual. He was very pleasant, professional and respectful of our home. He cleaned up the area and it was left the way it was when he arrived. There was quite a bit of work involved in getting this job done and he kept at it until we had an amazing finished product. Our shower looks amazing! Makes our bathroom look bigger and what a clean finished look! What an asset he is to Bathfitter. I am giving him a FIVE STAR review however it shows up as four stars And I have no idea why... Thankyou!!

Very happy with the work performed by Russ at bathfitters today. Russ was here on time this morning and worked straight thru to finish before 3. The work looks great and I am so excited to surprise my wife when she gets back with a new walk in shower. Russ went out of his way to explain what he would be executing and got it done. Caulk looks clean and the seamless shower is installed perfectly. Thank you Russ!!

Stephen from Bath Fitter just completed my install and he did an amazing job! My tub was a little more challenging since there was a shelf/ledge in the shower. He used his skills to make it work!

Stephen the installer was a perfect 10. The tub to shower he installed looks great! The only problem we had was the salesman mis-measured the height and we had a 2 inch gap at the top. Stephen put temporary trim on the walls and is going to Tucson next week to get the right trim. I believe everyone can be an artisan in anything they do - thus I consider Stephen a true artisan in bathroom remodeling. I give him 10’s across the board for skill, personality and time on task.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bath Fitters Review – October 31, 2025

We had Bath Fitters install a new shower on October 31, 2025, and the whole experience was awesome! Stephen showed up right on time at 6:00 a.m., went over the project with us, and got straight to work. By a little after 1:00 p.m., he was all finished — and we had a big, beautiful new shower!

Stephen walked us through everything when he was done, and it turned out perfect. From start to finish, everything went super smoothly. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

We had quite an experience with Bath Fitter.

Compliments to Art Roth, he's one heck of a salesman. We purchased a shower for more than $11,000.

The installer was on time and respectful, but midway through the installation, my husband overheard him on a phone call say "I think we hit a snag." He didn't mention anything, but after the install he told us he did not have a leveling kit and would be back the next morning to finish. He left a crate of his tools including his tablet on our front porch and called that evening asking if he left it. I brought it in and he returned the next morning to level the doors.

The next day, I received a call from Christine, who I was recently informed no longer works there. She was only following up to get payment, which was not collected by the installer even after I asked if I needed to pay him. He said they would send an invoice, but Christine seemed irritated over the phone that he had not collected. Again, I paid more than $11,000 for this shower. I regret paying in full before being able to use the product and ensure it was a quality job.

Once I was able to take a closer look after everything dried, I realized one door worked and sealed just fine but the other did not. For that money I expected more than globs of glue that dripped down the frame and stuck to the doors, and one door that hit metal when closing. These are photos I sent Bath Fitter the following morning. They got back to me two business days later with the response pictured, saying they "missed a piece."

I requested a different technician to do the repair, who came without a phone call, confirmation or text message at 7 in the morning. He looked at the shower and said, and I quote, "In my eight years working at Bath Fitter I have never seen anything like this."

He explained that he didn't have the parts they need and they'd be ordered and he'd return. He said the original installer made his own screw hole (you can see if you look closely in the top left corner of the door photo). Then, I received no follow up communication at all from anyone. I called multiple times to request an ETA, and finally spoke with the branch manager Tom, who did not offer his last name, and when I asked for his email address, he gave me the generic bath fitter email for the branch.

The installer returned this week to fix the issue. Now, the door is almost aligned, but still does not fit into the sealing gasket. The photos with the tape measure are the current photos after repairs. I guess it's good enough, and at least he was able to do the job without making his own screw holes or leaving globs of glue. I also dislike the door "handle" because it's just a small ring the size of a keychain attached the the other side of the shower door bar, but they said nothing can be done about it.

I received no follow up, confirmation, or feedback other than the automated survey that is sent after any service call. The communication with Bath Fitter throughout this process was almost nonexistent. The only communication they initiated was to collect money.

If you want a very quick but relatively sloppy installation and an unapologetic attitude, use Bath Fitter.

Two stars because it works and I've seen worse experiences with home projects.

We recently had Bath Fitters complete a bathroom tub/shower combination to a shower only install.
Bath fitters consultant, Art Roth, visited our home to provide a free estimate. Art was on time, provided different options and recommendations for our tub/shower to shower project. Although Art was friendly and professional, we felt rushed during our appointment. It was as if he needed to get to another appointment he had to get to.
Even though we are fast thinkers, we still had to review over all our documents and plans after Art left to make sure we did not miss anything and everything was covered.
Bath fitters accommodated our schedule for the installation of our new shower. The Bath Fitter team was helpful and stayed in communication by email from the confirmation of the contract until the Installation date. Prior to our installation date Bath Fitters provided instructions on how to prepare for and what to expect the day of installation.
We are very pleased with our installer, Stephen. From start to finish Stephen was professional, friendly, reliable, and respectful of our property. He arrived on time communicated with us throughout the process and addressed any issues that came up and resolved them immediately, staying on the job until it was correct and completed. Stephen kept the workspace clean and organized at all times. Stephen cleaned up all the debris from the job both in and outside of our home. Stephen took pictures throughout the installation process and forwarded them to us. Which was a nice touch.
The quality of workmanship was excellent and Stephen’s dedication to get the job done right and exceed his customers expectations is appreciated by us.
I would recommend Bath Fitters to anyone.

Steven and Bryce from BathFitter just finished our shower remodel and I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. They arrived exactly when they said they would and it only took about six-hours from the demo of the old shower until our bathroom was transformed with the beautiful new installation. And, the clean-up was so complete you never would have known they were here! We’re so happy that they’ll be back in a few weeks to redo the bath/shower in our guest bathroom. Well done BathFitter.

Top notch & fair priced! We are so happy! Our salesperson Bob has been great! The installation men (Bryce & Steven) did an incredible job taking out our old tub & shower & putting in our new one. They did everything they said they would. They are pros! They were here from appx 7:15am - 1:15pm. No mess. No surprises. We highly recommend Bath Fitters to everyone!

Me and my newly wedded wife absolutely adore our new kitchen! Diana was a brilliant designer and I can’t wait to show off all my new cabinets and countertops to my friends! Very good!

I remodeled my entire 90sf kitchen. I got the process started in August for the work to be done between Thanksgiving and Christmas. While the showroom was impressive and the available options numerous, the project was managed horribly. They said it would be done in 3.5 weeks. It took 3.5 months. They mismeasured several things, gave me the wrong cabinet and wrong soffit height, and had to eliminate some options because of their errors.

I had more than different 20 people and out of my house doing various things. There was a 19-day span where NO ONE did anything. Try living without a kitchen for that long. The designer and the installation manager visited my home just ONCE during this entire process. Everyone else was a subcontractor and every day it seemed like a new batch of strangers, many of whom did not understand English.

Being my first remodel, I learned that you have to oversee EVERYTHING. Do NOT expect the workers to understand what you wanted. In fact, the cabinet installers came unprepared. I had to give them my drawings so they knew where to put everything! I also had to have them redo several things that were obviously not aligned or level.

I eliminated some items as we went along thinking that I would be saving some money, but the final cost was not revised from the estimate. While they did offer me a discount for my troubles, the whole process was exhausting and left me angry. This was a 9'x10' kitchen. How could a small project like this go so wrong?

I have a nice new kitchen but I know where the errors are and I know the trouble it took to make it this way. I cannot recommend this store for any remodeling jobs you may wish to do.
