We have used Priority pools for over a year to service some of our properties with pools. They have always been very communicative, and taken great care of our pools. Would recommend them to anyone needing high quality pool service at a reasonable price!

Luis comes every week to service our pool. Every week before he comes, he lets us know before he lets himself through the gate to service the pool. We appreciate this so much since we have a dog and young kids often in the backyard. He is always professional and does a great job maintaining the pool!

We have had issues with changes in technicians. Chris who is our area manager has been exeptional. He understands customers concerns and addresses them with logical and professional manner. He responds quickly and effectively. I give him a five star review.

I wish I had found Priority Pool service years ago. They have done an excellent job of maintaining my pool. They also did a few needed repairs that has kept my pool in A1 condition. When I’ve had concerns on occasion , they were professional and promptly addressed any issue presented to them. Their repair and service cost are fair and I never felt like I was taken advantage of. I strongly recommend Priority pool service!

Priority Pool Service has done an excellent job of keeping our pool sparkling, even through the summer months when our friends all have green pools! Luis goes above and beyond to make certain our dog is in the house before he arrives and secures the gate when he leaves, so we never have to worry about our furry friend escaping. We get detailed reports including pictures after each weekly service and are very satisfied with the work that they do!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Priority Pools. Their team is professional, reliable, and always goes the extra mile. I have been with them for several years and the service has always been consistent. They even assisted with an issue with our warranty company which saved us a lot of money! Luis and Jacob are fantastic and keep our pool looking beautiful. They send an email after each service with photos to show what was completed. Helpful, accommodating and well informed. From the front desk help to repair department to on site weekly tech, I have had great service. I was absorbed in a buy out and as a new customer I have been treated very well.

Love our Pool Guy, Jacob! He takes care of pool maintenance weekly and is professional and always courteous. Does an efficient and thorough job and keeps us informed of any issues. Very good guy!
Also, the company is great at communicating and getting work scheduled, i.e. cleaning of filters.

Priority Pools has been a great company to work with for the last year. Very accommodating, even with some inconveniences on my end. They are timely, reasonably priced and have great communication! It’s been a relief letting them take care of my pool and spa, and believe it or not I think I’ve been spending less money on my pool since they took over than when I was managing it myself.

Been calling and leaving messages with HR daily for over a week, no one ever picks up or returns calls. Does anyone know where the physical address is? Where you can actually go in and talk to someone?
