Honestly I’ve never been more comfortable with a pool cleaning service. I trust the employees and the service is impeccable. I’ve been with them for two months and they’ve kept my pool in perfect condition for my family and during this quarantine. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new company.

Terrible company. They estimated $80 to do the plumbing on the filter. I provided them with pictures per their request and even sent them old and new model numbers. I removed the old filter and put the new one in place and installed everything except the 2 pipes and they cancelled the job 2 hours after they were supposed to show up because it was too much work! Absolute joke of a business.

This team is very knowledgeable and provide good better best options whenever I need something. They help make decisions easy and explain which is VERY rare for this industry. I enjoy being able to trust my pool techs. No complaints, glad I found this company!

Integrity Pool Care is great. We have our winter home in Scottsdale and when we come home, our pool and jacuzzi are always serviced and clean. Every month even when we're not there, they continue excellent service to any pumps that are out, and our pool is always clean and ready for us. Thank you Integrity Pool Care.

They did a great job rebuilding my spa and intalling a 400k btu propane heater. They even helped me troubleshoot some items over the phone and came back to help fix the pump (issues that were not any fault of theirs). Overall, they were great, in good contacy with me, and were pros at installing the heater and rebuilding the spa. Would recommend highly and use again.

I love that I can depend on Terrell to fix my Jacuzzi for a fair and reasonable amount. Just the fact that he is so trustworthy and will do his job unsupervised even when I am not able to be home. I have used him for over a year now and will continue to call on Integrity Pool Service for all of my Spa needs.

Terrell is highly reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. He has been maintaining our pool and small fountain biweekly. He does a very good job at a reasonable price. We are totally satisfied with his services.

I am so glad I found this location and this business! Working with them has been an excellent experience. I needed 3 of our beautiful area rugs cleaned. I had searched on NextDoor for recommendations and saw wonderful reviews there for Southwest Rug Cleaning and set up an appointment (they can come to your home to evaluate what is needed and take and deliver the rugs back when the job is done). Ramshad is very knowledgable and experienced. I will use him from hereon for all our rug needs.

Ramshad from Southwest Carpet Cleaning is truly knowledgeable about rug cleaning for Persian, Turkish and Oriental rugs. The company took our better rugs and did a great job of cleaning them. Ramshad knows better rugs and treats them with care and has them cleaned carefully. I highly recommend Southwest Carpet Cleaning for your area rug cleaning!

I will NEVER use anyone else to clean my Chinese rug - I sent a text message on a Sunday afternoon and got a response first thing Monday morning. I was quoted an awesome price and Ramshad arranged to pick up my rug that same day. He listened to my concerns and assured me he would attempt to reverse the damage caused by a previous cleaning firm. As you can see in the attached pictures - he did an outstanding job! The website does an excellent job of showing their process. When they returned the rug they took great care to position it and returned our furniture to their places. 2) They held the rug until we moved into our new house and then brought it out to us
3) The pads we bought for the area rugs — John saw that they were too big for the rugs and offered to come back and trim both pads for us. And he did!
