Did a good job for me but now they are booked out for weeks

I had my above range microwave replaced and they were the best. They were prompt, courteous, fair priced, and most importantly I felt comfortable with them in my house.

Kurt was not only friendly but fair and efficient. I had a whole list of things that I needed taken of, from plumbing to ceiling fans, and I feel very happy with his work!

Kurt from Xtreme Handyman has done excellent repairs and upgrades at our home in Cave Creek. He is very diligent and detail oriented. We will use him again. I would not hesitate to recommend Kurt to anyone.

Plumbing work done by Handyman Xtreme was done with copper pipes intended for interior use, not under ground where used. These pipes are springing costly leaks FAR too soon, unlike my home builder's, which are 20 years older. This, Kurt, IS the same company that installed a water softening system in my house.

Kurt did a great job fixing numerous jobs around our school. He fixed the ice maker in our fridge, painted our trash enclosure, replaced all the missing parts on our busy board, fixed one of our drinking fountains and a classroom door-stopper. Quality work all completed with a great attitude!

What a great find the Response Crew is for us! And an even greater find was our handyman, Kelly! Kelly is knowledgeable, courteous, and great at communicating in person and via text. Kelly replaced an exterior utility door--a pretty complicated task. Kelly checked out/measured the old door and searched diligently to find an EXACT replacement, got the door quickly ordered, and kept us in the loop on its arrival. Once the door arrived, Kelly removed the old door and all the rotted wood framing, installed the new door, repaired the stucco around the door, and painted the new door. Definitely worked the job in a high quality and efficient manner. I would recommend Kelly and the Response Crew hands down! We will be using them for all our home projects!

Casey was punctual, did a nice job, cleaned up the area when completed, and finished on time. I will definitely keep the company in mind for other handyman projects.

Luis showed up right on time and did an excellent job repairing my front door. Luis was professional, friendly, and impressed me as a master at his craft.

I really appreciate the service from Response Crew! We asked for a few items to be added - a new hallway light fixture, a new kitchen light, new driveway lighting, a new mailbox, new house numbers and adding cabinet hardware. We were also able to have a hole in our wall from an old doorbell chime patched up, some cracks between the cabinets and the wall filled in and our screen door replaced. After a full day’s worth of repairs, we’re thrilled! Everything looks amazing! Not only that, but our repairman was really sweet to our inquisitive cats during the whole process and was a joy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough! We’ll definitely use them for all future projects!

We really appreciate his extensive knowledge and experience. He fixed all of the little and bigger projects we had in a timely manner. Jennifer is extremely communicative, accommodating, and on top of scheduling. Glad we choose this company and will be sure to hire them again!

We had a leak in the wall and after the plumbers ripped the walls out and everything dried out I went looking for someone to put my bathrooms back together. Two back to back bathrooms needed drywall, paint with texture and vanities replaced. Response Crew was quick with the estimate, the techs showed up on time and the work was done professionally and at a very reasonable cost. I will keep Response Crew on my list of contractors for the next project we need done. Highly satisfied with the quality of the work and the price.

My technician was David. I needed an old indoor roller blind removed and replaced with a new one and also needed some drywall repair around the window and at the seam where the ceiling and wall meet. He was very personable and explained the materials he was using and how he would complete the project.
I also like the confirmation texts prior and confirmation text day of service which includes a picture. The work actually came in below the estimate. The estimate was based on pictures I uploaded. So, I guess it wasn't as bad as it looked. Lol.

I've been a landlord since 2009 and had my fair share of experiences with various service companies and technicians. I hope that anyone that reads this review trusts me when I say that Response Crew and Hugo, the technician that arrived to complete the task, are, by far, the best I had the pleasure to work with!

I needed to install a chandelier from a 12 feet ceiling in my apartment.
Fortunately for me they were able to schedule me the same day and within 35 minutes Hugo showed up. He wore a mask and got straight to business.
Hugo informed me of every step he made and showed me that the junction box that was initially placed in the ceiling by a certified electrician wasn't even the proper box. Hugo ended up having to cut through the dry wall to replace the box so it could accommodate the chandelier.
Not only did Hugo install the chandelier - he ended up also doing drywall patching and painting and he did an amazing and outstanding job!!
If you wonder about the price - I thought I am going to be charged quite a bit due to the unforeseen drywall repair and replacing the electrical box yet for all the work that Hugo did, it was honestly the fairest invoice I ever received.
I highly recommend Response Crew and I am certain that I will hire them for most of my future projects.

We recently moved from CA to AZ and, as expected, there were a variety of tasks/small projects we needed done in our new home. Based on prior Yelp reviews, I contacted Response Crew. Jennifer was immediately responsive, we quickly had our estimate and we were able to schedule a full day's worth of work within two day. Kelly contacted me about 40 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival to advise he'd be on time and he was. Kelly was nothing short of amazing; he was professional, polite, accommodating, and patient. The quality of his work was outstanding. We knew we'd have a "second phase" to our move-in work and without hesitation we will book with Response Crew and definitely request Kelly. Our experience was perfect.

We needed a Dog Door installed in the Master Bedroom of our new home, Response Crew's staff from questions to estimate to completion was absolutely wonderful! They did the work quick and very well and did a great clean up job! Along with that a field manager came out to make sure things were going as planned and he fixed an issue I didn't even know we had regarding our front door and the safety of it! I couldn't have asked for a better team and better service! Getting a list of other things we need done and I wont hesitate to call them back soon! Thanks again!!

Today we had Luis come to our home to replace wood siding! He texted me to remind me he was coming, arrived early (8:00 am) and worked solid for 9 hours. Before he arrived, he had already picked up the panels. Luis is a master carpenter and handyman. He replaced many of the rotten board siding and you couldn’t tell where the old left off and the new began. After fixing 9 large boards, Luis even fixed the grout that was in bad shape. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. I will always call him whenever I have a project. He charged half what another person had bid! I’m a realtor and I’m very picky! Use these guys!! I’ll be giving their number to everyone! Ruth

Response crew was fairly easy to work with. The repairman arrived on time and eventually made the necessary repair. I removed a couple stars because initially I thought it was convenient to send photos of the job and receive a quote via email. But, when the repairman arrived, he did not have the proper materials to complete the job. He left and went to Home Depot. I was not aware of this, but since they charge by the hour, you are being charged for their trip to Home Depot to get supplies. Again, I am satisfied with the work completed, but I would not use them again. This could be resolved by doing an in person estimate of the job, this way, the repairman knows exactly what supplies are needed and can arrive ready to work, not running up the charges with a trip to purchase supplies.

Highly recommended for quick, efficient, and professional repair work. Chris took care of some corroded parts on my water heater. System is up and running again without issue. Invoiced at the very fair quoted price. Definitely would call Response Crew for future work.
