Great Handyman service! We recently moved into a new home in Scottsdale and needed to have some heavy furniture hung on the walls. It was a tricky installation and Tim did an amazing job. He was efficient, effective and made sure to clean up everything when he was finished. He is coming back next week to do some more work for me. I was thrilled with the service. Also, Jennifer in the office was great with the scheduling. She is responsive and extremely helpful. I will definitely be using them again!

We needed to get a couple of hallway doors hung. Yiguel was easy to deal with when scheduling & quoting the job. Chris showed up on time, was friendly and professional. He did great work. Would definitely recommend & use again.

Awesome company! We hired response crew to help install some den doors we bought. The team was quick and did great work. We bought the doors from this awful door company called United Porte (Scottsdale location). United Porte was awful (do not ever buy doors from them). But Response Crew was able to deal with their bullshit and really came through for us. Special thanks to Yigal for helping us through the nightmare with United Porte Scottsdale. He went above and beyond to resolve the issues that should have been the responsibility of United Porte Scottsdale. We will be hiring response crew for our master bathroom project next. Highly recommend!

Angel did a great job on our shower grout. Had some cracking and he was able to not only repair the issue but help in some creative solutions to prevent future issues. Will definitely use again.

We had a great install experience with our door install.
Luis removed the old door, installed the new door making sure to caulk and seal with silicone for a solid fit and to keep the critters out. Installed the door handle and deadbolt and they work perfectly.
Took the old door and cleaned up after so there was no mess.
Next time we need a door installed we will call Responce Crew again.

A kitchen drawer broke. I couldn't see the problem and it just looked bad. I don't know who fixes stuff like this. I asked my ac maintenance folks if they knew anyone. They offered this company and as an afterthought offered that "these people are trust worthy" Hmh. I called.
They worked with my time constraints rather than attempting to pressure me into theirs.
They sent a pic of the workman so I'd know what he looked like. I shared I'm older and on a budget is there any possibility of a discount, yes. He indicated he didn't barter. The discount helped.
The workman was well groomed, polite and positive. He fixed the drawer so fast ... Id looked too and couldn't see the problem. Done. Railing got bent somehow. Ok
A clippy for a shelf had broken too. I had plenty of clippies but they did not fit the openings and the space was awkward. He offered a better fix that would never break. Great idea. Fixed that too kind of fast. Offered other areas that he worked. I did have a door that went off its hinges. A friend gave me a temp fix but warned me that id have to buy a new door to fix it. A door for $80 plus some type of delivery. The door looked ok. I just didn't use it anymore. Another worker agreed Id need a new door. I shared my dilemma with the workman. He said I didn't need a new door. It just wasn't attached incorrectly. He fixed it on the spot. Just like that. I questioned him and he insisted I test it. He never bad mouthed anyone for wrong information.
The workman could have made that job more expensive by going to the store, bringing back a new door. Attaching a new knob and all that biz. He didn't. He never said anything negative about the wrong info that was passed either.
They are my new go to place.

Excellent service! We recently made an appointment with Response Crew Handyman and LUIS did an excellent job changing and replacing our bathrooms vents, angel stops, and hoses. He got on time and his work was clean. This is our third time getting services from Response Crew and they always do an EXCELLENT JOB! Always on time and very professionals!

I had 6 small jobs that I needed done, the service tech Kelly was prompt and professional, and did a great job with excellent attention to detail.

Jairo came to my home and did fantastic work on a variety of jobs around the home. Everything from lamp installation to a hot water tank leak repair to drywall repair, he was awesome. I will absolutely hire him and Response Crew again in the future and I highly recommend them.

The Valley is crowded with mediocre to subpar contractors. These guys are the norm only with very short memories. Not recommended.

Luis did a great job with my front door, it was sagging and he was able to fix it within 45 minutes! He showed up on time and got the job done quickly. Such a relief to have a functioning front door!

This was an extremely easy and professional company to work with. They showed up on time and provided quality work output. They were extremely accommodating for my corporate environment. Reasonable rates and friendly staff, too! I would definitely consider them first for any of my office repair needs.

The company was easy to setup an appoint with and thorough with their estimate. I am able to drywall and spackle, but I cannot match texture. They came out to do the work, very professional with covering items in the kitchen and did not leave a mess.
After the texture dried and I put on a coat of paint, I felt that the texture did not match well enough and I called to inquire what can be done. I was told they would keep working until I was happy, and I really appreciate a company taking that approach. Texture is not easy! It came out great the second time and I would refer this company to others.

If you have ever experienced the middle of the night chirping from a smoke detector without the physical ability and/or knowledge of how to make it stop, even after changing the battery...then you might understand my urgent desire and need to find a handyman service to help bring the quiet back to the house. I called around the next day and the only company that got back with me was The Response Crew. Arrangements were made and "Casey" arrived at our door to quickly take care of the matter. Since our home is a bit older, it was decided that we wanted to update all of our smoke detectors. Casey quickly picked up the new smoke detectors for us and replaced them all. He was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. My husband and I will definitely be contacting The Response Crew (and especially, Casey, if he's available. :-)) for our future handyman services, which could keep him busy for several more visits. Thank you to the entire Response Crew team for your quick service. It is/was greatly appreciated.

I have nothing but great things to say about the work that was done in my house today! Crew handyman were amazing, , Kasey, Mckenzie Cramer, top. notch work! I just had an addition put home and put in a home gym. They installed all of the large mirrors for my gym in no time at all. They were on time, they were very polite and they made an extra effort to make sure the place was cleaned up when they were finished. I will definitely be using this group again, and I hope that these two guys get the recognition that they deserve! First time I’ve ever used this group and I was not disappointed. Thanks for a job well done!

We needed a door repair for our inner garage/kitchen door. Response Crew was the best price, and we got several bids. They came out on time, assessed what was needed, and completed the job. The work was great, and they were able to save us some money by determining that the door and most of the trim were still in good shape.

I would definitely recommend this company for any of your home projects.

We had much difficulty opening our front door which is a heavy steel door that had dropped slightly on the side that opens. Luis figured out how to get that lifted and evened out. He also made the deadbolt easier to lock. We are so happy with his work! This is a custom made door that we love. Luis was knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. He's also just a nice guy! We also had Chris here recently, who fixed our door handles and did plumbing work for us. He was excellent as well, very skilled and knowledgeable. The Response Crew is a crew you want to have for any household needs. We are very satisfied and highly recommend!

Their technician Luis was great, show up on time and repair my French Doors for a responsible price. Would highly recommend this company.

Great experience. Jack arrived to install 6 new ceiling fans as well as replace some of our wall switches with smart switches. Really nice guy and he worked efficiently for the 5.5 hours he was with us. He stayed late to finish and we appreciated how he made sure everything was working and done right. Good pricing as well. We will definitely use Response Crew Handyman again in the future!

I've enlisted Response Crew's services for various projects over the past 2 or 3 years - both in my own home and at work. They have always been wonderful to work with! Everyone from the owner to the technicians they employ are polite, helpful and truly care about their clients. Whether it's completing a bathroom renovation at home or helping out at work when we are short-staffed in maintenance, they are definitely my 'go-to' for home repairs & renovations.

Like a lot of reviews. Complete lack of professionalism. They hung a tarp canopy over our backdoor and chose to use flimsy string, and even tied two pieces of string together because it wasn’t long enough. Pictures attached. It sagged so bad the next day we couldn’t even open our backdoor. Jennifer said that was normal lol. Within three days the canopy completely fell. It took them two weeks to come out again. They then lied about how long it would take to fix it when I tried to work with them, wont use them just based on shady business ethics. Use a different company that knows what they’re doing.
