"Honestly"...This company is a JOKE!!
The lack of professionalism is the first warning!!
You can overlook that and make all the excuses in the world, but at the end of the day, if you are not "servicing" your client base in a professional manner...What are you standing for?!?!

Have used Honest Pools for years! Always great timely service, fair monthly prices for cleaning and far prices for service too!

Great company to deal with. Entirely trustworthy and conservative in their recommendations, such as when repairs are necessary, they won't have you spending money unless it is really necessary.

I would not recommend this company to anyone . The staff does not communicate at all. They are rude , They not call you back when they say they will . They never give you suggestions , nor update on the condition of your equipment . They don’t tell you whether or not to change filters or clean them . They only contact you when they want to be paid . The work that they do is not very good either .

Top notch Company!! They responded same day and had me fixed in 2 hours. Charlie is awesome!!!!! I will spread the word for sure.

Been about 5 or 6 visits and am really happy with the service. Weekly emailed reports with pictures & ability to do automatic payment with card is nice. They live up to their name.

I feel like they are so corporate with no small business owner feel. I think they are overpriced and unreasonable for the services they are providing.

I switched to this company from my old company. So far I can't be happier with them. My pool looks great! They are upfront with the costs of repairs and unlike my other company let me know the cost prior to fixing/repairing.

Pool is serviced weekly and always looks good. They do service to! I never have to worry about my pool turning green and no matter if it’s a polar bear plunge or swimming all summer long, the pool is always ready for a dip.

I've been using Chris and team for over a year now and they do a great job of keeping my vacation pool clean all the time via their weekly service and are very responsive to any issues that arrive. I highly recommend Chris and his crew at Honest Pool.

beware of "honest" pool care!! i hired them to clean a pool at my rental house and had to fire them after only 3 months!!! they did a horrible job and recommended stuff i didn't even need. for example the hayward pool vac wasn't moving so they recommended a rebuild kit. i went over there and found all that needed to be done was a simple backflush!!! i had to do it myself and it solved the problem and the hayward ran great after that. these people are lazy, unreliable, and are not very knowledgeable!!!
beware of honest pool care!!! see the picture below is what my pool looked like a few hours after they supposedly came and cleaned my pool!!!

Chris showed up and provided a quote for the work and the installation was quickly scheduled. The installer (sorry, I can't remember his name) was professional, friendly, and showed up on time. He programmed my new pump to run overnight, which is how I ran the old single speed pump. He was a little quick when he explained how to program the pump, but with the operator's manual I was able to figure out the program he entered and document it for future reference. Overall a good experience. I feel comfortable enough with their skills to contact them for future pool service needs.

Honest Pool Care has been great! Reliable weekly service, and my pool tech texts me if he can't be there at the normal time (which doesn't happen often). Basically, my pool is always clean and blue without me having to think about it, which is exactly what you want from a pool service!
