After a terrible experience at another pool company, I called a number of companies and met with them individually. Chris came to our home, evaluated out situation, and was confident that he could help us, and he did! Our pool has never looked better and I love getting my weekly emails with information about the pool, the chemical make up, and even a picture.

Love this company! I've used a few different pool companies for vacation homes I manage. This company is by far the best...they are true professionals. Best parts are they are extremely trust worthy and super reliable. They do theit job well and even email a report "weekly" after each visit. Can't say enough about them. They need to teach other pool companies how to do it right! Thanks for always doing a great job for me and my owners.

Everyone I've interacted with at Honest Pool Care has been very knowledgable and friendly. The owner is great and very honest and informative when giving repair estimates; the two-person cleaning team that comes to my house weekly are very good, quick, and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend Honest Pool Care to friends and family. I chose them after personally interviewing six pool repair and cleaning companies.

Honest pool care has been fantastic. They service two of my houses and each pool is always on point. Communicating with them has always been easy. I had to go through several other companies before finding honest pool care. It's awesome to simply never have to think about my pool. They've also made sure after things like dust storms that they double down to restore the pools right away. Very awesome!

I had an immediate need when our pool pump wouldn’t prime after we refilled our pool. I didn’t want it to turn colors while we waited for repair. My neighbor recommended Honest Pool Care, so I called and the owner came out the same day. It turned out we needed some new plumbing because ours was old and leaking. The repairs were completed within a couple of days. We were so happy with the service that we signed up for weekly maintenance several months ago, and we have been very satisfied ever since.

This was my first time working with Honest Pool Care. Charlie quickly identified our first issue and got the system flowing. He then cleaned out our filter and showed me where to keep an eye out on an issue, didn't just suggest replacing. That's honesty in an industry where that can be lacking. He also gave me a couple other tips for pool maintenance. We will absolutely keep working with HPC.

They have taken great care of my pool, we had some issues that were not their fault. They went above and beyond to take care of it and fix it. They are very helpful, honest and care about their customers! I have tried several other pool companies and had many unnecessary expenses. I am very happy I found Honest Pools, I highly recommend them!

We moved to a home last summer and switched to this pool company. We had been doing fine with their service so far as we didn't have any major issues. Recently our pool turned very green, and we had been going on 4 weeks and they still hadn't corrected the issue. I had a friend come by (who works in the same industry) and he told me their people had put in the wrong settings on our pump which was making things worse. Honest Pool Care also told me I needed a new pump but my friend insisted our pump was fine. He fixed the settings and after adding chemicals we were able to get our pool back to blue in just 3 days! I did not feel like this company cared about me or that our pool was out of commission for almost a month in the midst of summer. I have decided to switch pool companies as I do not trust what these people say and do not believe they have competent employees that know what they're doing at all.

Cancelled our old pool company who were unreliable and did not come weekly or replace chems despite being paid to do so. This resulted in a green pool off and on all summer. We are an active family who use the pool frequently and this made me so pi$&ed. We found Honest Pool after doing research and interviewing several companies. The pool care is great! Pool person is amazing and kind and said they’d come out over the wknd to check on progress to clear the pool. It took a couple weeks to clear because the previously company messed it up so bad. They do the right thing for the pool because it saves time and money in the long run. Highly recommend!

I have only been using them for a short time , but so far so good. Very friendly. I like the convenience of doing everything online and receiving a weekly picture of our pool. I can see why they rate so well.
Update: Have been using them for a couple of years now for our rental home. I can't tell you you how happy we've been with them. Professional, honest, and the pool always looks fantastic! Very highly recommended!

The owner is responsive and knowledgeable, he installed a pool heater that works great for our home and got all the old equipment up and operational at a reasonable price. The work was performed quickly and professionally which I appreciated since I was on a tight schedule. They now service my pool weekly and looks amazing. I'd recommend Honest Pool Care to anyone who is looking for pool service in the North Scottsdale area.

We are so happy we found this pool company from our neighbors! We love them so much we had them take over all our rental properties. They are incredibly reliable with weekly service and leave your pool looking so incredibly clean. They are completely professional and they send you a weekly report detailing the ph/pictures/ and status of your pool. I needed a repair on one of the pool timers for a tenant of mine and they got it taken care of ASAP. I was sooo impressed! They truly go above and beyond the normal pool service company and Im so happy With the switch. I will easily recommend them to everyone I know.

Haven't used them yet, but Chris was so helpful in discussing services. They use flat rate so there's no surprise chemical billings. Very open and transparent about filter cleaning fees, etc. Prices were competitive to current provider. So I give them 5 stars for understanding customer service, being pleasant and transparent. If I have to change pool providers, I will give them the business.

We found ourselves overseas with a problem with our pool filler floater device needing replacement. It hadn't been replaced by our regular service folks, who had lied telling they had done it after we left for our trip. Instead, it broke a few days after our departure with water was escaping down our back alley. Thank goodness our house sitter saw this and turned off our water ! Anyhow, from overseas my husband got in touch via text with Chris from Honest Pool Care, with whom we've never dealt before but who we called based on his good ratings on line. Chris worked hard to get us squeezed into the Honest Pool Care schedule. They met with our neighbors who let them into our yard. They promptly and efficiently made the repair. Their charge was very reasonable especially considering that we were a customer they had not had before. Chris's communications were prompt, direct and helpful in every way, and the ultimate act of correcting the problem was such a contrast to our old company! When we return from our trip we plan to switch pool companies to Honest. They've earned our respect. I recommend this company.

We were in a time crunch when pop up pool sweep heads and water feature motor malfunctions were found for a pool party. Honest Pool Care provided prompt response and assistance with professionalism.

We had an eight year old pool pump with failing bearings. Each day, it became louder and louder, reaching a deafening decibel. After several days of unresponsive service and runarounds, called Honest Pool Care in the morning and they successfully replaced the pump that afternoon - at a great price. And their service technician, Charlie, was superb, knowledgeable and did an excellent installation. The company lives up to their name!

Chris answered all of my questions and made it easy to set up our first service. Omar arrived as scheduled and has provided great service each week!

Great experience. I believe that Honest Pools holds up to their name. The monthly charge is reasonable and the owner is very easy to work with. I have had problems in the past but now, my pool has never looked so good.

I have been keeping our old rickety pool equipment limping along for years now with duct tape, flex seal and a little bit of luck. It finally got so bad that we decided to look into upgrading. I got a few different quotes from pool service companies in our area. When I submitted a request to Honest Pool Care Chris reached out very quickly and setup a time to come inspect our pool system. He was very thorough and gave us a few different options to get our pool back up and running. The estimate was in line with the other estimates that we received. We decided to go with Honest Pool Care because of the extra care (pun intended) that was displayed by actually coming out to inspect our pool equipment and discussing options versus just sending me a quote. The work was scheduled within a few days. Charley arrived right on time (bonus these days) and installed the new equipment. I was pleasantly surprised how quick they were. He did run into a snag with a leak in our ancient pentair upper cover but was able to find and go pickup the replacement part and got us up and running in no time. We highly recommend Honest Pool Care.

Phenomenal customer experience, they are a really professional and put together company. I would recommend them 9.5/10 times. They will quote you a price, and then they will stick to it!
