My chem dry guys were amazing. They were fast and efficient, called us on the way. Got the spots out we needed out. Took their time to make sure I was a happy customer thank you!

This is our second time getting carpets cleaned using this company and they’re amazing! Paige and Zeke were the ones who came this second time around and they’re awesome. I had a couple very stubborn stains in the bedroom that they went over a few times until it was completely out! 10/10 would recommend them and Sunrise Chem Dry!

I called yesterday to make an appointment and Sherri was so sweet! She was able to get me on the schedule for the next day (today)!
Hobie and Keegan called me on their way to give me a heads up, and they made my sectional and dining chairs look brand new. AMAZING!! This is the third year Sunrise Chem Dry had cleaned my upholstery - and neither the staff, nor the quality has changed! I’m always impressed by them and highly recommend to everyone!

Thomas was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. The couches look great and the dog urine smell is gone!

* update - the smell finally went away but the carpet looks the same as before we cleaned it. They did not respond or offer any help. Lesson learned. I cleaned up some of my anger from the original post ----- I was working out of town and asked my daughter to find a good deal on a carpet cleaning for her room and I had heard good things about chem dry carpet cleaning. In the past we’ve always done water cleaning and used to pay $160 for three rooms. This room was pretty bad I’ll admit as we had some pet urine because my Chihuahua could not hold her pee in. We were quoted $160 and when they got here, he said it would be 189 and then said he could not guarantee everything. He had already started and I tried to talk to him on the phone, and he did not tell me price details otherwise I would’ve told him to go. They ended up doing the carpet and it looks nice but it's been 10 days and it stinks. I just called and tried to talk to them to see if there’s anything they can do and their options were either spend another $600 or tear the carpet up. Make sure you get everything in writing before you start anything. I’ve never paid over $200 for an entire household of carpet cleaning. I’m sorry to write this, but this is the truth and I wanted people to know. the owner said that I refused the treatment. That is NOT true. I am an
honest, hard-working individual and can’t afford $800 for a carpet for one room. My daughter has been living in that room for years and it has not been a problem with smell. We just thought it would be nice with the holidays to get the carpet cleaned, but this is turned into a nightmare and I really would like somebody to talk to me and offer me some kind of compensation for this, thank you!

Terrible to their customers. Only care about the money and you don’t even get what you pay for.

My experience with this company was wonderful all the way through the process of contacting them for an estimate, the estimate appointment and the actual appointment to complete the cleaning of my windows.
