An overall great experience. It was the most affordable option in the area, they were quick to respond and came out the next day. They also arrived in the described time window, were quick to load up and were kind and friendly! Would recommend to anyone in the Scottsdale area who needs any junk removed, big or small job.

Super fast & easy! Called Monday, they answered right away! I said I had 2 fridges, a couch & ottoman, some misc things as well to be taken away, was quoted $100 cheaper than LoadUp! Arrived today on time, gave me a 30/40 minute heads up before they got here to make sure I was ready. Professional & polite, I asked to add extra items that I had forgotten about and they didn't make me feel bad or anything. Just added what they could to today's trip (truck doesn't have infinite space) and let me know an estimate if I want to schedule them to come out again for the rest. After that I let them work, pretty sure they were done in less than 25 minutes. Paid via tap on their phone, got a receipt, and they went on their way! Cannot recommend enough! I'm always a little uncomfortable with having strange men around but I had no bad vibes and felt comfortable with them on the property!

He communicated in a timely and effective manner, letting me know his progress in getting to us at the agreed-upon time, which he did! These movers were truly amazing. They cleared two storage rental units for us and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Communication was smooth, service was solid, and I really appreciate that they prioritize donating and salvaging items whenever possible to reduce landfill waste. This is the best junk removal experience ever! They are very prompt, great with communication and did it with such amazing professionalism. Here is what they removed, and left the lawn debris due to the weight. Which was still no problem, I would recommend them every time as they are affordable and most all friendly.

I have an excellent experience with Captain duty. He is thorough reasonable and a great communicator when I first hired him on I had not picked up both my dogs poops probably since I got them so you can imagine how my yard looked. He got all over the side yard behind the bushes and was very thorough. I couldn’t be happier with his work. He’s always on time and his prices are like I said very reasonable. They did a fabulous job! cleaned up as if it was their own home. They informed us that our waterline had been over grown by our tree so it got cut and that someone would be following up to replace/repair it.

Corey came out this morning and took care of the waterline.
He was also informative sharing a time line regarding adding a new tree.

I contacted B&C Tree Services to remove a palm tree from my back yard, it was great to work with Alex and his team, the team came to the job site on time as scheduled, the crew was very professional and explained the steps involved in the process, the equipment to be use for the stump removal, placed covers over the area to bring the equipment into the property, and cleaned after the job was completed. Great communication throughout the whole process, I’m very happy with the process and the results.
