They are super expensive, they were 5.5 hours late and the one guy complained the whole time. They were supposed to be here at between 3 and 4 and didn't arrive until 930 pm. January 23rd. I'll never go through them again!!! They didn't complete the job because the guy that took the order didn't write down the right amount of stuff. I'm calling tomorrow and wanting some of my money back.

I cannot thank this team enough for their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency following my son’s father’s passing. They handled the removal of belongings with care and respect, working quickly and thoughtfully to ease the overwhelming task of clearing the home.

Determining the price is very complicated. You do your best to describe what you need but seemed to never get it right and it always costs more. I prefer they come out and tell you the price and then decide. Like 1800junk.

pick up good just disassembled more pieces than needed

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I scheduled a junk removal appointment and they didn’t show up at the agreed-upon time. They rescheduled for the next morning, but once again failed to arrive when promised—finally showing up close to 8 p.m. that evening. I understand delays can happen, but there was little communication or accountability throughout the process. The crew was polite once they arrived, but the lack of reliability made the overall experience frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for a company that values punctuality and clear communication.

Missing 3 stars becuase they cant honor the 30% cheaper rates than their competitors that they advertise. After all of the discounts that they could offer, they were still 35.32% more expensive and they wanted a 12 hour window for pickup. Competitor gave a 2 hour window

Garvi showed up on time and ready to work. He solved a major problem of getting a heavy sleeper sofa down the stairs — I said OK problem solved. He was pleasant to deal with, and he tore the thing apart! He and his team were quick, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. I will definitely call him again and have told my neighbors about him!

If I could give a few stars for this service I would. They made me pay ahead of time, their worker came a day late and scratched my floor and ruined my front entryway, which was brand new.

I really don’t understand how some home depot are so different than others, people are lazy not willing to help on the N Hayden store

As with other Home Depot Garden Centers selection is broad, quality good, healthy plants. At the Garden Centers at Home Depot more to choose from and floor never like walking through a puddle. I get good answers when I ask for help.

I love the garden center at Home Depot, I've purchased pots for indoor & outdoor use, a variety of seeds, cactus & other succulents, soil for box gardens & on & on & on. While they almost always have what I want, they need to have people working in the gardening department that are knowledgeable about anything & everything that is gardening.

When I can actually find someone to pose a question to they tend to offer very little knowledge that I find useful. Also, too many plants on the floor for sale are in horrible condition! Many of the agave plants are drying out with a lot of dead leaves that are either completely fried by the sun or in a state of rot.

I've been told the vendors are in charge of most of the plants & they have little motivation to remove unsaleable products. If that's the case Home Depot Management needs to jack those guys up, it looks awful!

I asked for a plastic sheet for my car’s trunk so it disent get dirty from the tree’s mud. I bought an apple tree. No one wanted to help me. The first guy directed me to the garden center cash register - no one was there. The second woman didn’t want to help but when I begged, she called someone to meet me at the garden center’s register - no one came even though I waited there for 20 minutes. Then I saw an employee taking care of the plants - as I approached her and she noticed me, she ran as far away from me as possible. I couldn't find any sheets and my trunk was completely ruined by the wet soil from the apple tree. This is the most horrible customer service involving multiple employees.
