Our loader Amilcar and his partner did a great job removing our old & heavy furnitures from our 2nd floor. It was done in mins.

Highly recommend Loadup if you have any trash, debris, heavy furniture, etc. that needs to be thrown out. They were quick, efficient, and respectful. I am so happy with how smooth the appointment went. I was able to schedule them to come out a day before online, and I was notified when the driver was en route.

They are a variety of pickup sizes depending on your need.

These guys are the best! They are great with keeping in touch and giving me updates. The guys that came were friendly and careful taking the bed out. I called multiple places before finally reaching these guys but had to wait days, if anybody got back with me. Don’t waste your time, call these guys first!

Load Up was great to work with. It was easy to schedule and pay online. Precise Timing Transports is the company that picked up the bed I needed to get rid of. They were professional and did a really good job. I highly recommend both companies!

If the man who came to pickup the freezer had not been so nice, you would have received a much lower evaluation. Even after your company representative (Kim) was instructed several times to pickup the freezer at an address that is different than our home address, the young man did not receive those instructions. He arrived at our home address first, where his instructions were corrected by my wife. I called while he was talking to my wife, and I helped with the correct instructions. Our house is twenty-five minutes from the address where the freezer was located. You need to improve your company's communication with your customers. The loader did well especially since, in my opinion, his time was not valued by your company, nor was mine.

They have a fantastic crew, and at a reasonable price. I utilized their curbside pickup and will definitly utilize their service again.

Our very heavy piano (900 lbs., at least) was removed by Nicholas and his helper very carefully from our house. They were polite and considerate during this difficult job. I appreciated their efforts!

It was easy to book line, straight forward pricing, and friendly service. Compared to 1-800 Got Junk, we loved this service so much better. 1-800 Got Junk tried to scam me into weight pricing rather than by item. We found LoadUp instead and would count on them again to help us.

So I called them in because I had an older twin mattress and boxspring to get rid of, along with a queen-sized bed frame that I couldn't stand. The contractors arrived pretty early, but they were polite and courteous, and were able to get everything out and onto their truck in just a few minutes.

Honestly, no complaints whatsoever about them; they did a solid, fantastic job.

This company showed up on time, were very courteous and mindful of our property. I highly recommend them for any moving or disposal

I used this company to remove a sectional sofa and a few other items. They were two hours late from the original time window, we paid for them to remove the items from the home and we had to bring it all out ourselves. The next day, right outside my neighborhood, we saw the cat tree they took on the side of the road, and a piece of the sofa on the side of the road even further. I could have done that myself for free, except that it is illegal. I contacted the company to get it resolved, and they provided a bullshit donation receipt and said maybe someone got it from goodwill and dropped it there. So someone bought my sofa from goodwill the next morning. Drove it back to my neighborhood and put it on the side of the road. When I disputed that, they claimed sofas look alike and it might not be mine. I could prove that it was. So far still on side of road. Don't use them. Side note in response to owner: i contacted and went back and forth for 4 days trying to get this resolved to be told that someone bought it at goodwill the next morning, drove it back to my neighborhood and left it there.

Quick and efficient. They came the day they said they would, and they came at the hour they said they would. The only thing I would do differently is to text Or email the customer The day before Confirming the appointment, so you know that this pick up is really happening. I didn’t hear from them until today at 8:15 AM, and the pick up was scheduled today between 8 AM and 12 noon.

Super easy to book. I like that they give you 4 hour time windows and they communicate the whole way. Pick up was very smooth and on time.

Hoping the company reaches out. I’ll update this review if they do. I cancelled my pick up 48 hours prior to my appointment when my neighbor told me they’d like the pieces. But come appointment time I get texts my driver is en route. I texted him and he acknowledged so hopefully I saved him a trip but also got texts he was here (he wasn’t) and that it was picked up (it wasn’t) - so I’ll let you know if I ever hear from the company!

Very straightforward process. Easy to book online. Good price. Communication was good. Would hire again and recommend to others.

Brandon and his son were amazing. They worked their tails off cleaning out my dad’s apartment. They were very professional and friendly. The best thing is they knew I was grieving and that touched my heart! Highly recommend him to anyone.
