Arizona Home and Pool provides exceptional service. Gordon is immediately responsive to any inquiry you may have. Our pool tech, Eric, is simply the best. A house guest commented about Eric by saying, "He puts in the work." I absolutely agree. Our pool has never looked better. Gabe and the landscape crew are fantastic as well. This is a beautifully run company with an owner that cares about the quality of service.

From the first visit we knew we had found the right professionals to help maintain our pool. 14 months later we still feel the same; Gordon and Raddy are great to work with and our pool always looks great! We've done several repairs on our older pool and everything is always explained well, options and costs are provided up front, the work is high quality, and it's done on time. The team at AZ Home & Pool Services makes owning a pool so much easier!

When our previous pool maintenance company sent someone who had absolutely NO idea how to clean the pool, I looked up Arizona Home & Pool, read their Reviews (5 stars across the board!!), and called them. The Owner, Gordon, came to my home, gave me a monthly quote, which was $10 less than what I was paying the previous company, and I hired them on the spot. They have been servicing my pool for over four years and Eric, our very knowledgable weekly pool guy, and Raddy, the expert problem solver and fixer, are great. I'm always told upfront what the costs will be and asked if I want that particular service. I could not recommend them more except to give them 10 stars!!

Gordon came out and helped me with an issue we were having in getting our salt cell back in. He took a good amount of time investigating what the root cause was. He thoroughly cleaned the threads and inspected all parts to make sure there wasn’t anything broken. His troubleshooting involved him working with the threading and experimenting with tightening and loosening and using lubricants to get the threads properly aligned. He also looked over the rest of my pool equipment to make sure everything would run properly. He is very knowledgeable and I was pleasantly surprised by the value we got from his visit. I would highly recommend this company!

Two years ago when my newly remodeled pool turned green, I knew it was time for a new pool company, so I switched to AZ Home & Pool. Raddy has been taking care of my pool since then and the water quality is always spectacular. They are very thorough, punctual, and trustworthy. Gordon is fantastic at communicating any schedule changes and maintenance issues, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Gordon and Raddy are fantastic. We have been working with them for a couple of years now. They replaced my broken pop-ups, drained/cleaned the pool, repaired my pump, converted the pool to salt water and perform our weekly maintenance. They do a wonderful job, are very nice to work with and price their services fairly. I will recommend them to anyone.

I thought Load Up was fine but too expensive and confusing to work with.i didn't realize you are not a local company. It was annoying and time consuming to work with different people and answer their questions. Somehow the items I included in my first online order were missed by the time we got to the final order. On my initial order I included the lamps and little bookcase. When I looked at the final list of items I realized items were missing that I originally included. As a result the cost was more than I expected and adding these items was time consuming due to several calls and texts. The movers seemed to be inexperienced, but nice. Sorry! Your company misrepresents itself.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was quoted $500 for 2 hours of loaders to move furniture and boxes out of a container into my home. The movers were scheduled from 8-12 and didn’t show up until after 4. When they showed up, they spent 40 min only moving boxes and no furniture, then they decided they didn’t want to do the job and left. I contacted Load Up and they said they would send a new team out days later, but they were a no show. Now Load Up is charging me $400 for the 40 minutes of work that wasn’t even what I needed, which was help moving heavy furniture. This is not right and I would never recommend anyone else use this company.

Our loaders, Jaime and his co-worker were excellent! They were friendly and provided great customer service. They even helped me vacuum under the mattress once removed, which was hard for me to reach. They were very helpful! Thank you!

Load Up set up our new GhostBed system. The team removed our old mattresses, box springs, and frames as well as setting up our new system. The team was efficient and neat. My only minor gripe was the team didn't give me the instruction booklet and warranty information. Thankfully, I noticed before they left and was able to retrieve what I needed before they left.

My items were picked up on time and the people were very nice.

Mitchell and the young lady who helped was very nice and helpful. They helped us get an old couch and other furniture of the house.

Easy enough to get a quote over the phone…BUT extremely expensive. I needed a full size box spring / mattress with metal frame, eleven large boxes of miscellaneous junk (papers, books, old bedding, children’s toys), and a few standard size trash bags filled with the same sort of items, and one empty dresser with no drawers. I was quoted $897.00 to have these items removed. I went with u-haul and took care of it myself for ~$60.00. I understand convenience…but that price was SKY high.

I was very pleased. I was able to schedule the help I needed in 24 hours.

I had two very nice men help me load the contents of my 2 car garage into a U-Haul. They then helped place it all in my new storage unit.

Great job! Had multiple pieces of furniture that needed to go. The guys came in—on time—and literally did the heavy lifting. I will definitely use again and I definitely recommend LoadUp! Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Very happy with our LoadUp experience. Placed the request online and spoke about the quote shortly after. The pickup happened when we were told. Received texts that kept us informed about status of our pickup. The whole process was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend.
