Saul excelled at the hardest job: explaining the details of a highly technical set of problems in a way I could understand so I had the peace of mind to make a repair decision. If only this is what one encountered every time they were dealing with a problem in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. Highly recommend.

I called Larson when my heating system would not turn on this morning. They send a serviceman out within 2 hours! Travis was polite, helpful and helped diagnose the issue which turned out to be the Ecobee thermostat. Thank you!

Damien from Larson Air Conditioning showed up within 2 hours of my call to schedule a repair. He diagnosed the problem within 30 seconds and replumbed my condensate drain. He checked out the inside blower motor and outside electrical for any problems. Damien was very friendly and accomodating answering my questions and making recommendations. It was a pleasure working with Damien and Larson Air Conditioning.

Cayden was excellent! He called ahead, he was on time, very nice, very informative and very clean, which is much appreciated. Did a great job! Thanks.

I called Larson Air Conditioning to come inspect my duct work. They came out the same day! James Windgrove Jr was great! He checked the duct work, my thermostat and filters and even my AC unit to give me the big picture of all the issues! He was very thorough, checking everything; he is professional and explained everything for me and broke down the repair quotes so I could make plans how to move forward. I appreciated the quick appointment and his inspection work!

Reagan was thorough and efficient. Very friendly and professional. He took the time to show me pics and explain everything. He answered all my questions very confidently. He is a credit to the Larson team!

Not happy. Tech spent over 6 hours to realize that the compressor was broken and whole unit would need to be replaced. This was after he sold us over $2k worth of materials and cleaning that was of no use when the full replacement of the unit happened a few days later.

Update-Customer service did make this right and credit for the issue.

Install of the replacement system was wonderful. Nick and Zack did a great job with the replacement install. Recommend them.

Larson AC schedules with a big window of time but they also give a 30 minute notice with a link of a map to see where technician is at. Damien was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing during the inspection. This was very helpful for me.

We bought a new house and wanted to have the AC inspected. Service Tech Damien M. responded. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and straight forward with what was needed. We never felt like he was upselling anything that wasn’t required. We went with the monthly membership plan because we truly felt like our choice of this company was the right one. He made us feel valued and we hope to have him as our technician in the future.

We have had Larson Air on a number of occasions. Octavio has come three times and he is thorough and a great communicator. Love how I am kept informed about arrival time and provided a picture of the Tech before arrival. Truly the best AC service company I have ever dealt with.

Larson just finished a large new AC installation job (4 new units) for my client. Our techs were Doug & Hunter who were the nicest young men. They worked incredibly hard and kept me informed every step of the way during this 4 day job. I just can’t say enough good things about each person I have dealt with from Larson. The Estimator, Ish, could not have been nicer and was at the property day #1 to provide orientation to Doug & Hunter and do a complete walk thru before job started.
Calls answered promptly and they provided the highest level of service. It is rare to find a company who will provide this level of professionalism and go the extra mile. So glad we found Larson.

Larson Air Conditioning is the third company came to diagnose my AC not cooling issue. Their competitive costs and professionalism won me over.

I cannot recommend Larson Air Conditioning’s Lyle F. highly enough for his outstanding work on my air conditioning system. He was tasked with replacing the evaporator coil, and from start to finish, his professionalism and expertise were evident.

Dan took a very detailed and thorough look at my System installed in 2024. I was surprised when he found a reason for a concern I considered an afterthought. The coils in my attic were covered with a condensate powder causing a residue that could eventually cause the drainage tube to clog. This is the first I heard of this possibility after several Techs had checked my system. If your unit has aluminum coils beware. I appreciate Dan as he prevented a possible breakdown in mid summer from a clogged drain pan.

Very impressed with Larson Air once again. Reagan went above and beyond on his service call and checked to ensure there were no leaks in the A/C ducting. He was careful bringing equipment through the house and offered me the latest and greatest air filtration upgrades and service plans without pressuring me. The system check was quick and Raegan showed up on time and provided a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. Fantastic work!

Larson was exceptional through the whole process. The guys who diagnosed the problem and made the recommendation (AJ & Saul) were professional, knowledgeable and polite. The guys who did the installation (Ernesto and Joe) were great. They arrived on time, worked really hard and were both knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Our experience with them was great and I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Larson Air. Saul was terrific. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to answer several questions and provide as much technical detail as I needed. I would use Larson again.

Update:
I decided to take this opportunity of my "older system failing" and upgrade it to a newer "VFD" system. There team came out and replaced my whole system with a "top tear" system.
These guys are pretty much the best in the market! I would highly recommend them.

We had Larson Air Conditioning install a new Trane variable speed AC unit and heat pump. Our old unit was 15 years old and we wanted to get it replaced before the end of the year to take advantage of the expiring tax credit and to avoid any failures likely to come next summer. Mike and Joshua did the install on 12/23 and they were great. They were very professional and friendly and made sure the job was done right.

Thanks Larsen for coming to do a maintenance on our furnaces. Travis was very thorough and recommended some things that needed to be fixed or added. I appreciated him taking the time to set up and program my thermostats.

Tunde was very helpful and patient with our questions. He was courteous and considerate. He didn't seem to rush through anything but he was efficient. He explained many things including programs and things available to us from Larson. He was easy to deal with and VERY professional. Tunde seems to be quiet but he is nevertheless a good communicator (I worked in media, so I often observe this aspect in people who deal with the public). Thank you for a good experience with this technician.
