Miguel, the service tech that came out provided exceptional service. He did not at any point rushed the service and was very thorough in his explanation and findings of everything. Larson always has great techs and Miguel is definitely an A+ tech!

I give my highest recommendation to Larson AC for anyone needing help with their AC! I’ve been so impressed from start to finish. We had Larry out to do a regular service; he was prompt, very kind and professional, and knowledgeable. Our system was nearing the end of its life, so he got us all set up for a full replacement. He gave us multiple options to choose from and made sure we had all the info we needed to make the best choice for us, and we were scheduled less than a week. Zack and Nick came to do the replacement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They were very respectful of our home, kept it clean and were very professional, helpful, and kind. The new system is so much quieter than our old one, and has a very handy thermostat that connects to our phones. They even handle taking away the old system too. I found Larson by looking for companies on Yelp and BBB. I was highly impressed with their ratings and the service we have received from them confirms it; it is clear they hold themselves to a very high standard. We have peace of mind knowing that if we need anything, Larson’s team will take good care of us.

We have been with Larson Air Conditioning for about 8 years now. In 2026, it seems excellent customer service is dying; however, with Larson Air, you can expect professionalism and a neatly groomed tech who takes the time to explain and review maintenance options and the latest technology upgrades without being pushy. Today, Raegan was our technician for an annual check-up. He was incredibly polite, using booties in our home, which felt like white-glove service, and was kind to our dogs, who we’re not put away for this appointment. He was so personable; this experience felt like having a friend who was over to help care for our home. He was knowledgeable, which made us feel confident in his professional assessment. I truly appreciate how much thought Larson's company puts into our experience from their process, to their technician who is entering our home, and follow-up. Raegan is the company's true asset and an excellent representative of the Larson Air Conditioning brand.
I look forward to continuing our business with them and will request Raegan for our next service call. Thank you, Larson!

Larry, Sam, and Joshua were professional, polite, and on-time in replacing two HVAC units. They went above and beyond by helping me change a very high air filter, and swept my flat roof. They wore protective footwear covers in my house. They installed new digital thermostats and ensured I was successful in connecting them to the app. The phone staff was very friendly as well. Highly recommend.

    Juan was superb!
He was in (very appreciated) communication before his arrival, and came ready to get to work.
He was cordial, knowledgeable, and professional. He appeared economical in his approach to work and assessments, and explained things clearly.
We appreciated the fact that he was very much “at home” with dogs and a cat around (our house).
We also appreciated how sensitive Juan was to accessing the attic area.
All in all Juan seems like a great addition to the Larson “product”.
    You hire well.
    Thanks

Juan was very professional. Although he was scheduled for early morning but didn’t get to our home until after 5:00 pm . He called to advise us. When he did arrive he was very professional. We would look forward to working with him in the future.

Larson installed an ac unit at my townhouse in 2021. I was having issues with it recently and the company that did the inspection said that in the 13 years they’ve been doing this, they’ve never seen a pump attached only with putty and not a bracket. Larsons poor installation work is causing issues now that need repair. Please beware of this company.

TLDR; Do NOT use Larson Air. Find someone else.

UPDATE: Larson reached out to me after this review and did come out to repair the part that was incorrectly assembled together. That’s the positive. I still question the integrity of this company as they had techs come out numerous times prior to this review due to problems with this install in 2021 and it was only after this review they said the pump was improperly installed. To me that indicates either improperly trained techs or subpar work by some of the techs.

Additionally, Larson looked at the rest of the system for me as there was a refrigerant leak of some sort somewhere in the system. Very evident. The Larson tech said from his inspection the evap coil needed replacing and my warrantied part wasn’t holding up and quoted the fix at $3000+ for a $5600, 4-year old system. Wrong.

Luckily I called a different company. They identified the problem elsewhere, assured that the evap coil was fine, and everything’s been working well since. Less than $1000 of work.
I’m writing all of this to say that I highly suggest you use a different company as I experienced integrity and workmanship issues with this one multiple times.

15 months ago, we paid Larson Air about $22K to replace 2 rooftop combo AC units and to remove 2 evaporative coolers. Larson Air did not properly seal the new AC combo units or the holes created by the removal of the evaporative coolers and old condensate line, which left our roof, attic and home vulnerable to rain and other elements for over a year. We were not aware of this until water started leaking through our ceiling onto the floor during the recent heavy storms. Larson Air immediately accepted liability, agreed to resolve the problem, and sent out a mitigation company and roofer. The mitigation company they sent out told us we were their 2nd service call of the day related to water intrusion caused by Larson Air workmanship. The mitigation company and roofer were all set to start the repairs, but Larson Air instead blind-sided us by filing a liability claim with their insurance company, listing us as the 3rd party claimant. Although Larson Air has accepted liability in their insurance claim, over one month later our roof has still not been repaired, and water continues to leak from more recent storms. We have repeatedly asked to speak with the owners of Larson Air, but they have not reached out to us. We’ve been told that the owners leave this sort of thing up to the managers (Tom and Efren), but the managers (Tom and Efren) have failed us miserably, and there is still no clear path to resolution. We are devastated that this has happened to our home, and our 4-person family has been living in a hotel now for over a month, due to the damage. We are heartbroken and disillusioned that a local family-owned company would leave another family in this situation, a problem caused by their own company, and despite multiple attempts to escalate we have been severely let down.

Updated 12/2/25, in response to "The Larson Team's" response:

Dear community, kindly note that my review expressed serious concerns that multiple attempts to escalate to the owners have gone unanswered, and their company's public response to my review was from an anonymous person. No Accountability = No Credibility. Please consider this before giving Larson Air Conditioning any of your money. They are not a large company, and we were told that the owners are aware of the situation. Mr. and Mrs. Larson's silence has sent a clear message. Their website emphasizes family and service values, yet the owners won't take the time to communicate with a family whose lives have been turned upside down by their family's company.

Please also consider their publicly stated excuses for not resolving the issue yet. It doesn't matter if our home has asbestos or anthrax. Larson Air Conditioning is still responsible for all of the damage, and there are absolutely no excuses for them not repairing our roof after they've been aware for almost 2 months. Please also be aware that their response is not completely honest, as there was no pre-existing damage to our roof, per multiple inspectors and roofers, including multiple companies sent by Larson and their insurance company. Whether they go through their insurance or not, they are ultimately 100% liable and accountable for the damage they caused, and the resulting damage.

Please consider these things before you decide which HVAC company to hire.
