Raegan was so polite and professional! He was on time and very courteous. Raegan explained what he would be doing to our system and then explained the Membership program to us. It was a pleasant experience having him work on our unit and in our home.

Basically I was having an issue with a warranty company denying a claim. I needed a second opinion. Damien from Larson Air Conditioning came out. He did a very detailed job reviewing everything. He showed me pictures, made some suggestions and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Larson AC

Today, Larry Knight performed a maintenance check on one of the systems we had installed in 2024, and he couldn’t have been more professional. Larry is knowledgeable, personable, and patient — even when I accidentally gave him the wrong WiFi password, costing him extra time. He handled it with complete professionalism and good humor, making sure everything was set up and running perfectly before he left.

Technicians like Larry are the reason we’ll keep coming back to Larson. It’s great to see a company that values both expertise and genuine customer care.

I liked my previous HVAC provider and still appreciate their excellent duct replacement work. But dang, THESE guys are AWESOME. Travis quickly identified and resolved a very simple issue that the other guys had overlooked in no fewer than 10 visits over a 3-month period. This is the value of domain-specific expertise. He explained the situation clearly, made some good recommendations for the longer term, and shared information I could use to educate myself on the options. Then he charged me a pittance and left all areas as clean as he’d found them or better. All this in a same-day visit, scheduled by Andre after patiently hearing me out over a long phone call.

As it turned out, that wasn’t the end of my saga. Travis came back, listened carefully when I described the one workaround I’d discovered, then discussed my situation with the manufacturer. And then he fixed it. A problem I’d had since the day I bought my heat pump almost 3 years earlier… he fixed it. And didn’t charge me for the hours-long visit.

You might wonder, what was the problem? The heat pump the other guys had sold me, supposed to be the exact equivalent of the one I was replacing, was single-stage. Not 2-stage, like my old one. All my other equipment was configured to work with a 2-stage system.

I also had Larson back to act on the initial recommendations. A quote for duct cleaning, which I ignored, was sent without comment and never mentioned. There was never a hard sell. Travis handled the quotes I requested, did great thorough work, and checked my satisfaction with everything done before leaving. Pricing on this work was reasonable and competitive with earlier quotes from other providers.

My HVAC system is running smoothly and quietly, with greater comfort and much greater efficiency than ever before. From a heat pump I had planned on dumping as soon as I could afford to… I now look forward to decades of reliability.

Larson is a great find and will be my HVAC provider going forward.

Travis provided exceptional service, truly appreciated his honesty on services needed. As we have a new build, this was our first AC maintenance and spent time to help us understand what was builder code vs non code.

When everything goes smoothly any company will do, but when there is a problem you get to see what kind of company you are working with. In my case after the system installation there was a noise from the duct in my bedroom. My regular technician Sam came out with the insulation manager Josh to diagnose the issue. The problem was the old duct work. They came back with material to fix the problem, and made sure it was working properly. They came back again (without being asked) to follow up and make sure it was still operating properly. Larson Air showed true concern that I was fully satisfied with the system. I had a good feeling about them when I chose them and my instincts turned out to be correct. I would recommend Larson Air without reservation.

Larson provides exceptional service. Raegan, the tech who has been servicing my HVAC system is polite, thorough, goes above and beyond and cleaned up everything upon completion. I had a lot of unresolved problems from when my home was built and Raegan has been really helpful in assisting me with videos and photos of substandard work done, to submit to the builder, for repairs. All future work on my units will be done by Larson/Raegan as they have proven to be knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Great customer service. Travis is very experienced and thorough. Such a nice guy. His mama can be proud. An asset to the company. Second time we have used Larson's. 💯

I recently hired Larson Air Conditioning to fix a thermostat issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They were extremely prompt and arrived right away. Damien quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem, then went above and beyond by doing a thorough inspection of both AC units.
He also set me up with an app so I can monitor my HVAC system while I’m out of state, which gave me real peace of mind. Damien was professional, knowledgeable, and had an excellent work ethic throughout the entire visit.
I highly recommend Larson for any HVAC needs in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

I had tech Dan Williams assist me today and he exceeded all expectations.

I have a Trane packaged a/c heat pump unit on my roof. I was having issues with my heat pump mode recently. I had two prior companies attempt to diagnose and repair the issue. I was left disappointed with the lack of general knowledge and the price I had to pay without actually coming to a definitive solution.

Out of frustration and after seeing the positive reviews, I decided to give Larson a call.

Dan Williams arrived on time, was very friendly, and put on boot covers before entering the house without me asking.

He took his time to conduct a full diagnostic of my system. After that was complete, he presented me with repair options and supporting evidence. There was no pressure on the repair options and transparency on the pricing.

The second company I called did a bunch of "stuff" and didn't tell me about the cost until the end. I had to negotiate those things down because I didn't authorize it. Not the way to do business in my book.

Needless to say, Dan was able to find the issue, explained everything to me and most importantly resolved the issue.

I was so impressed with him that I called Larson while he was still at my home to schedule work for my parents' house.

The reviews are well earned and they certainly don't need mine. But I will be using Dan moving forward because of the exceptional knowledge and service he provided.

No heat coming from unit so called for service. Unit was purchased from Larsons in 2019 so still under warranty. They sent Technician Tunde out next afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Issue was with compressor due to cold weather we were having. Very happy with Tunde and Larson.

Decided to replace an aging HVAC system. Got 4 competing bids and statements of work. We went with Larson Air Conditioning due to the positive reviews, the thorough evaluation and documentation of what was needed and a competitive price. They were very professional throughout the entire process, with good communication. Ish was great in scoping out what was needed and with recommendations and Sam did an outstanding job as a lead on the install. This company is well run and efficient. I would highly recommend, there were no surprises, and Larson is the only company that i solicited that offers a good labor guarantee.

We purchased our brand new AC unit from Larson last year. Today we had a maintenance check up. Have you ever had an AC company actually proactively reach out to you so they could schedule their follow up appointment? Wild right? We were appreciative of their customer service! Raegan E. was super professional, kind and genuine during his visit. We are always thankful that they wear booties in our home (we have children and animals) to not track any unwanted dirt or germs in our homes as well! We realized there was a service that wasn’t completed by a past technician and Raegan made sure to correct that today on his visit. We would definitely recommend Larson, their customer service and overall work flow has been great!

James Wingrove, Jr. was our tech. He brought his apprentice, Tim with him. James and Larson are the highest caliber of service one can ask for. Trust worthy and comprehensive. Compared to other companies, Larson is higher end cost, but the trust and workmanship/professionalism is well worth it! 5 stars.

I scheduled an HVAC maintenance check on my units purchased from Larson Air Conditioning and had the pleasure of having technician Raegan E. service them. He called within the requested timeframe to confirm his arrival and was considerate enough to check that it wasn’t too late since it was getting dark. The later time worked perfectly for me, and I really appreciated that they followed through rather than rescheduling.

From the moment he arrived, Raegan was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what he would be testing, walked me through the process, and clearly communicated how well our units were holding up. His attention to detail and transparency gave me complete confidence in the condition of our system.

When he was finished, Raegan took extra time to answer all of my questions and even showed me pictures of the unit in the attic, which was very helpful and reassuring. It’s rare to find a technician who is both technically skilled and genuinely customer-focused.

Our service technician, Sam Nunez, was on time, thorough and answered all our questions. He provided photos of areas he recommended service on, and went over all the plans Larson has to keep our system running efficiently. Also, your follow -up and status system is extremely useful and effective.

Larson air conditioning company was so helpful! I needed service on a Sunday for a rental home we have and they were able to go by on that day. Tim was very professional and kept me posted of the repairs. Would definitely recommend!
