I will only be using Cooling Specialist for all my AC needs going forward. Greg, Tyler and Kyle are amazing! Best customer service, very professional, answered all my questions and I had a lot of them! I had to replace a 25-year-old unit and equipment has changed a lot in that time. It was super easy to schedule the replacement. They coordinated everything perfectly, they we're getting the old unit ready to be taken off the roof when the new one was delivered and the crane arrived shortly after that. They took the old unit off the roof, put the new one on and had it completed in no time at all. I also had them service my other unit on the property and then go to a rental property and have that one serviced. Everything was completed in 4 hours, just amazing! Their prices are extremely fair and I will be recommending them to all my friends. Very satisfied customer! Thanks so much!

My AC went out..I wasn't changing my filters. My entire life stopped. Me and the dogs had heat 😩 exhaustion. I was fortunate enough my friend took me, four dogs, and birds over. I called another AC service and they wanted me to dish out $2860. I called Action Air Conditioning for a second opinion. Casey changed my capacitors, filter, and added some refridgerant. I, now, am back home w the critters. The first place did not even mention the air filters!! The filters were disgusting. Casey lives in the Rio Verde neighborhood. I got myself way in over my head on a mini split system install for my home. I called Action Air Conditioning and they were quick to respond. Although I didn’t buy the parts from them they still were their to help. Casey came out and jumped right on it and installed my Mini-Split AC system in no time, the finished product and cleanliness of the install was stellar. Casey rocks! Going forward, my first and only call will be to Action Air Conditioning.
