I had my rooftop AC unit quit operating. I called at lunch and they dispatched a tech about an hour later. He made the unit operational in only a few minutes. He stayed onsite about another hour doing an extensive analysis. He pulled a hose and washed the coils. He checked function of all components on the unit. He could not of done a better job. I was happy enough to get the unit operating. What he did afterwards will make me a customer for life. Technicians name was Aiden.

Installation was scheduled quickly. Coordination with crane was spot on. Installation went according to schedule. Knowledgeable polite crew. Equipment runs perfectly. Highly recommend.

Aiden and Charlie did a thorough and excellent job fixing a glitch in our AC equipment, troubleshooting, cleaning and preparing our units for the season. Professional and friendly!

Bryan and Charles did a fine job performing the semi-annual performance checkup. They arrived on time and completed their work in a timely manner. They were neat, clean, friendly and courteous.

The Air Conditioning of Arizona team were extremely professional and did a great job fixing our issue in the attic. Aiden and Phil are not only attentive to their work, I liked how they took pictures and explained what our problem was and why we needed to fix it. We felt like they cared!

I called ACA to determine why our A/C unit was dead as a door nail. We had another company look at it and could not repair it. 😱

This is my 2nd year using our original installer for ongoing service. The thoroughness, including numerous pictures to reveal what’s both good and not so good, were confidence building. The service representative, Jacob Ramirez, was exceptional in his desire to help me understand the needs of my 3 units. He spent the necessary time with me to patiently answer all of my questions. How refreshing it was to meet someone who was eager to be of service!!!

Technicians have been very professional and have not tried to oversell us on anything unnecessary since we have been using them. They take great care of us which we appreciate. They were able to get our motor for the AC unit replaced during the summer which is so important here.

They were prompt and did great work. Phil, Corey, and Ivan were professional and kept me apprised of the status of my AC replacement at all times. Got a good price on a new Trane system that was thousands less than other competitors.

ACA has been servicing our equipment for a few years now and they are friendly, punctual and honest. Glen came to the house this time and he was great. Thanks Glen and the whole ACA team. It’s refreshing to see a well run business.

The promptness and good communication is what I’ve come to expect with ACA.
Glenn, the service tech called me when on his way and gave me an overview of what he observed and tested when done- even washed down the evaporator coil!
I highly recommend them, and will continue to have them do maintenance checks routinely.

We had a wonderful experience with Air Conditioning of Arizona. From out first phone call with Bart where he assisted us with such helpful advise, to his visit to our home providing a very fair quote for a new two zone air conditioning system, to their great installation team and office staff, we were extremely satisfied. They were on time, courteous, hard working, communicated well and made sure we were 100% happy with the result. This was a major purchase and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire Air Conditioning of Arizona.

We had ACA out to look at some older ac units that were having some problems and a fan that would not turn off. Other companies told us it can’t be fixed and it’s time to replace. Bryan, Charles and Glenn were so amazing to deal with. Bryan brainstormed and found what was wrong, replaced one part that was faulty.
I highly recommend these guys, don’t go anywhere else!

I had a 5-ton and 4-ton unit replaced by ACA in Oct '25. I received estimates from a total of 8 top-rated Trane dealers and I'm sure any of them would have done a good job. I chose ACA because Troy did not tell me what I wanted to hear, he told me what he would do if it was his house: unlike all the others. I ended up getting both units replaced at the same time because of his advice and I'm glad I did. Another example: I explained that two of the top floor bedrooms were always warm. The other companies recommended another air intake in the common area...near those bedrooms. Troy asked how that would help when the bedroom doors were shut...it wouldn't lol. He, instead proposed putting small air intakes in each bedroom and enlarging the ductwork for cool air entering the room. This solution has fixed the problem completely. The installation team led by Phil was fantastic. The three-man team was super professional. They showed up a little early each morning to be ready and worked their tails off 3 days in a row. They were willing to change the pad installation after it was done, when I asked them to. To top things off, ACA was the lowest-cost quote I received. If you want a team that is knowledgeable, innovative, hard-working, and humble, ACA is a great choice.

We had AC of AZ install a new Trane heatpump last July, 2025. This month, the unit quit operating correctly (fan was always on regardless of thermostat setting). The AC of AZ techs tried to troubleshoot the problem for several hours, but could not get to the root cause. After consultation with Trane techs, they reached a mutual decision that the unit was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. The unit was still under the 1st year warranty and AC of AZ replaced it quickly with no fuss and no cost to us. They stood behind their product and did the right thing and that is much appreciated. Thanks to Phil and Ivan for a quick, smooth install of the new unit done with courtesy and respect to us.

The office staff is friendly and helpful. Phone calls are returned promptly. The service men, Aiden and Josh diagnosed the problem correctly and resolved it within two days as they got the needed part quickly. It was a pressure switch problem that we had for a couple of years that wasn’t resolved but our former service company. It is a relief to have it fixed so the heat comes on as it should.

I found Air Conditioning of Arizona on the Trane website looking for alternative bids to replace an old HVAC system on our house. My experience with Air Conditioning of Arizona was outstanding from my first phone call through the installation of a Trane Platinum XV20 system. Office staff Lisa and Samantha were courteous, professional, and thorough in answering my questions. Field project leader, Bart, made multiple visits to ensure we were getting our desired system with proper components with all available discounts. Field installation experts Corey, Ivan, and Phil did an outstanding job of fitting the new system to existing ductwork, new power supply, refrigerant line set, system controller, and Trane Smart Link thermostat. They did a great job of removing the old system, installing the new system, cleaning the areas where work was performed. Corey also provided excellent training on the user interface of the new system and thermostat. Air Conditioning of Arizona is now our go to HVAC Contractor!

I had this company install an air conditioning unit, it was not strapped down properly and caused heavy water damage to my home including breaking through a ceiling. When I brought this to the company's attention they offered to have it repaired. I found out their repairman actually worked in another industry and did repair work on the side, so I went through my insurance to get it professionally done. Now ACA has claimed to my insurance company it is not their fault to escape liability. Absolutely awful behavior and customers should know that if they damage your home they will try to weasel their way out instead of correctly handling it.

Edit in response to the owner: No one else accessed the attic, only your workers. Your worker stated it was not strapped down properly and vibrated out of place causing the damage. You did not try to fix this in good faith and your efforts were not misrepresented here.

I had a wonderful experience with the AC install in my rental today. The job was quoted to take 8-10 hrs and they were done in 3 and everything looks great! Phil, Corey and Ivan were amazing and professional. I definitely recommend this company.
