I recently had Jarryd perform my semi annual service on my AC unit. He was prompt, polite, & friendly. He explained what he planned to do , & then executed the plan precisely. I appreciated his work ethic.

Nick are professional and friendly. He did excellent job. I really appreciate his work.

Elijah was my tech for today. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing. He did a great job. He sent pics of the air conditioner so I could see before and after. It was very helpful.

Nick is the Alaska Air technician that performed my semi annual service. He was on time, very professional & knowledgeable. He advised my units were in good shape. He offered services for future consideration to enhance my home comfort. I highly recommend him and will request him going forward.

My service tech was Elijah. He arrived on time, did a great job of explaining what he was going to do, and then began the service. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend Elijah and Alaskan AC to anyone.

I have a service contract with AK Air and Heating. Elijah comes to check the performance of my AC and Heating twice a year. Elijah is very competent, thoughtful, and kind.
I've never had trouble getting quality service. You choose the window of time for your service and the technician texts you his anticipated time of arrival and then as time gets close to his arrival he texts how many minutes it will take for him to be knocking on your door.

I called Alaskan A/C and scheduled preventative maintenance on both my air-conditioning units.
Dylan was my tech and kept me informed during the entire process. He explained how he would service the units and when he was finished, he went over all the details of the inspections. He was polite and courteous, and after he had left, you could never tell that anyone was here working on the units. This was my first time using Alaskan A/C and because they made me feel like they cared about my concerns, I will definitely use them from now on.

Elijah was great as always in his work ethic, professionalism , and excellent in repairs knowledge. Always send Elijah back to repair our AC and heating units. We like him.

Glen was very courteous and did a good job with the annual servicing of our mini split.

New system installed today by Phil, Corey and Ivan. I was very impressed by their level of professionalism, but also their friendly attitudes and time they took to educate about the new system. Choosing the right system and setting up the install was also a pleasant and easy process (thanks Troy and Samantha). Overall a great company to work with and highly recommended.

Bryan and Josh were very polite and professional. They did their inspections and let me know what they found. 5 star service.

Aiden Gaebwas here for our annual heating system inspection and cleaned the coils and check the thermostats and our filter. Aiden is very nice, respectful and thorough.

He showed up super quick after we called on a Friday at 3:40pm! We were so happy he got there and fixed our AC for us before the weekend. Chris was great! 10/10
