Got a whole house HVAC replacement from Champion. I chose them over others because I liked the 10 year warranty /support/ maintenance that was included. Carlos M headed up the install and did a great job (drop clothes all over the place--I wouldn't be surprised if their shoes never touched my floors). Great communication throughout the sales and installation process. Would highly recommend.

Larry came out this morning to inspect our HVAC system. He was on time and very personable. The inspection was very thorough! He took pictures and explained everything he saw. He gave us recommendations in 3 categories…what could be done to enhance our system, what should be done in the future to keep the system humming along and things that should be done soon to keep it from failing unexpectedly. He educated us on how the system works , what kind of filters would be best for us etc. He informed without pressuring which I really appreciated. We decided what needed to be done and he stayed and worked on it! I would not hesitate to use champion and Larry again.

Champion air is exactly that, a true Champion in the industry! Kind and professional. Our tech Alex was so patient with us and explained everything he fixed and serviced so we could understand. They are so great to work with. Hire Them ! You'll be glad you did

I appreciate the level of honesty and knowledge Larry had, there was no sales technique, he gave me a quote to fix my unit and 3 quotes for different ac models.i went with getting a new unit since the cost to fix it was a few thousand, my unit was 11yrs old so that was an easy choice. I scheduled my appointment for 3 days later and everything was done in one day. Chris did an amazing job. Thanks

My technician was Ray Estrada, he was with someone else but Ray was the leaf. They had to replace my AC unit. Both were amazing to work with and did great and timely work. There service was great and really took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. The whole experience has been great from Chuck at the start until Ray at the end. THANK YOU Champuon Air!

Jeremy has been checking my AC heater a few times in the past few years. He is always polite kind to me & my pup and very professional with answering any questions I may have & takes pictures as to what he is checking & for me to see how things are looking. Thank you Jeremy!

It is the second time Dylan has been my technician. He is very friendly and explains how the AC works so I can understand it.

Made Appointment for emergency service this morning as AC Unit was making a squealing type sound and the system was only intermittently working and house was not holding the programmed temp. Scott called and let me know he was about 45 minutes away. He arrived within that time frame and after discussing the symptoms he went to diagnose the unit he quickly determined that is was a blown fan motor. We agreed to replace it and he performed the job and was done within 2 hours. I would highly recommend Scott for any future AC repairs.

The installation crew did a great job, despite some complications and completed the job in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned up before they left and our units are running great. Overall a very good experience.
