Wrote a glowing review in the past. A water heater install cost 1200 then to replace under warranty cost 1600. Rep asked what it should cost like a negotiation. Leaving 2 stars.

Have been using AC by J for years and have had nothing but positive experiences.
Now that they do Electrical as well, I am beyond amazed with their service and attention to detail. They discovered this electrical outlet in our bar area, that obviously caught fire in the last 24 hours shutting down power to all of our ice makers, wine fridge and pull out refrigerator drawers. We were very lucky that our house didn’t catch on fire.
Blessed to have AC by J just a phone call away…

Seth was knowledgeable and communicated the problems with us well. Offered 6 different priced solutions for our new breaker panel. Would recommend this company.

Glenn was great. He repaired my water pipe where it was leaking near the meter on the same day he came to give me a quote. Any Hour Services do good plumbing work. They do charge more than other plumbers but it’s better to pay more for a job done right once than to pay less and still have a problem.

Mike D did maintenance tune up on our AC and was knowledgeable and friendly. I live in a condo and he was proactive to figure out how to get on the roof. He explained to us what needed to be replaced to avoid our AC going out in the future (voltage regulator) and was able to replace it immediately. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT customer service; from easy access online; to courteous n accommodating schedule by front office; to the technician who came over n completed a thorough tune-up (Sean??). Technician took before n after pics; EXPLAINED his outcome n provided recommendations; n was patient in his delivery.

Glenn came to service our hot water heater. He was very informative about this and explained everything to my husband.

Sean came to service our hvac system. He was very thorough and detailed what he’d done and gave us suggestions of what he thought we needed for better performance. Also gave us information on the VIP Club. We were very happy with both these technicians and will most certainly have this company return for any repairs.

Looking at some of the most recent reviews from others. I guess that I am not alone. Consumers beware of this company and its merged company with "Any Hour Electric and Plumbing" I DO NOT RECOMMEND them for anything unless you want to give away $285 for charges on a visit that took them 45mins. A purchase of a tankless system from them was made in 2024 July. The system had an error 61 on it. They told me that system is still under warranty but since it was Aug 2025. The labor warrranty expired July 2025. Only a few weeks out of warranty. They said service call to send out tech would only be $28-33. I approved visit thinking, it would be at most 1 hour around $135 charge from other normal plumbers. Their tech came out could not find issue visually. So they called tech support from manufacture. They help resolved problem and tech was in and out in less than 45mins. I called to ask why it was so much for time spent. I first spoke to their AI system thinking it was someone. Left message for supervisor to call and inquire about how they determined $285. I got a call back from rep saying they will have an supervisor call within 48hours. I called back 4 days later. Same run around. This company only cares giving minium service at unexplained 285 charge for 45mins of work. I would give them negative star rating if I could.

The technician was respectful by putting on booties over his boots in our house. He was knowledgeable and provided us good sound advice with options to fix the water temperature issue. Thank you Pedro!

The technician was super nice and explained everything that he checks. I've done the flush myself before and didn't feel I was doing it correctly. Had no idea about anode rod, I'm glad I had them service it. Granted it cost extra to replace the anode, but as can see it needed to be replaced. Old one looked like it had been in ocean for decades. Definitely peace of mind feeling that this was done right, this time.

What a difference with the new AC. We had a new AC installed. I found this company to be professional, on time, trained and impeccable manors. Exceptional service.

Brandon was awesome! I was dealing with a time crunch and he got the work done quickly and efficiently. He is also very friendly and eased all of my concerns by completing the valve replacement in less than an hour.

I love this company. We have used them for complete A/C replacement, plumbing repairs and recently a hot water replacement, for years. They have been in business for many years with a great reputation. Our last replacement of the water heater, was done professionally and with a complete explanation and quote prior to beginning by Matt. He did a perfect job in a timely manner and left the area clean. I highly recommend them for your plumbing and A/C problems.

Richard came out to do a tune up on our AC unit in September. He was prompt and thorough. What I appreciated most is that he was very clear with his explanations of what the service options were and what the benefits and risks were. He did not try to upsell and was extremely professional. I would highly recommend Richard Cordova and AC by J.

We had an emergency water repair that suddenly appeared and Jimmy Joe is the man to call. He is very knowledgeable, informative with a great personality. He was flexible in scheduling and offered options for repairs. The pricing is comparable but is the highest in quality. The entire support staff was great as well. I spoke with office personnel specialists Selena, Kayla and Sebastian and they took such good notes that each person can jump in and make sure your needs are communicated well and met. Rock on Any Hour!

My wife and I have a park model and the current AC and hest setup was from 1989. As we just moved in we didn't want to make a big replacement but it was necessary. We contacted AC by J and they have is a GREAT price and the customer service. Julie in the office was wonderful and out installers Zach and Charlie did a wonderful job. The initial 2 ton system turned out to be too wide but they took it back out (in & out by crane) and replaced with a similar model that fit perfectly. We are very happy with AC by J and would highly recommend to everyone.

This Friday night after hours experience started off great by the phone operator being very friendly and had someone in my area already working so she was quick to assign on her end with an estimated time. David the technician was awesome, gave me a call letting me know he was on his way and estimated time of arrival. Davis was great, very nice and was able to fix the issue in less than an hour. Also David gave me a couple pointers which I am very appreciative of, thanks again Champion Air and thank you David!!!

We woke up this morning with our air conditioner not working upstairs in the middle of summer. They answered our call right away. I was told they would send someone out shortly, I received a nice text message with a picture of Randy and information about him. He also called me to let me know he was on his way. I really liked the text beforehand as it made me feel safe and gave me a heads up about who was coming. Randy was awesome! He was honest, nice, and able to fix our air conditioner very quickly! I really appreciate his help! I would recommend him and your company to anyone who asks!

Had our HVAC replaced, Champion Air sent techs Ray and Jay out and they were excellent!
Very professional, great customer service and knowledgeable.
